This is a powerful speaker! This subwoofer really completed my sound system. Rich bass with strong vibration that really resonates in your body.

Loud heavy bass, you can really feel it, you can even hear it from outside. i keep the gain around 25% and its still some good bass. easy setup.

I would rate it 4.5/5 if I could. The Klipsch Reference Series 12" sub provides ample bass, a bit boomy, but it can be dialed in to fit the space/speakers to which it is paired. From a purely conic standpoint, it is 4/5, but the value for money gives it an additional 0.5 stars for a total of 4.5. I paired it with my Wharfedale Elysian 2's and it really has filled out the lower frequencies that I was missing in my space.

Great bass especially when using THX from AV Reciever. Vibrates the whole room when turned up and setup properly.

It was great and hits decently. I haven’t had time to fox the sun to it’s max but I enjoyed it. It’s good for a big for a small room.

What's in a sub? Well how about window rattling explosions and gunfire thats sharp and crisp! If that's not ur thing why bother with home theater in the first place? Also the polk psw111 with the heartbeat defect it replaced makes a better boat anchor that anything else. With the 5 year warranty on this baby, rest tight!

I currently have 4 of the 12 400 watt powered subs the two towers withe the dual 8 woofers the center channel plus a set of smaller towers i believe they have 6 in woofers the sound is amazing especially for an audiophile

Amazing sound, had bought 2 subs but different brand, didn't like them so i returned them for 1 klipshe.

With proper equalization (not just bass and treble controls), this does a great job on music. But even before making any effort to balance for music, it instantly adds great punch for movies.

This thing is FREAKING AWESOME! We previously had the R-110SW version of this sub that was unfortunately taken out by a lightning strike to the house. I thought it was great until i heard this with our home theater. The bass is so deep and clean it rattles pics off the wall if if i turn the volume up a bit too much. In a weird way im happy we got hit! [But I still bought product protection, not risking that again ;) ]

If you like good punchy bass, look no further! The cabinet is very clean looking, I appreciate the power LED which is noticeable if you look for it but not distracting. I have this sub paired with Klipsch speakers and a Yamaha receiver. I suggest setting the Low Pass setting on the sub to LFE and setting the crossover from your receiver whenever possible.

I use my sound system for music and movies, maybe a little more for music. I played my favorite songs with the deepest bass and this sub doesnt dissapoint, had it up less than halfway and it was more than enough. Ill be buying another one for sure, when i get a house out in the middle of no where so i can rattle the windows out, without the neighbors yelling at me.

Purchased to replace a the previous generation that was damaged while moving. Klipsch continues to amaze me! Great build quality, incredible sound, and exactly as expected!

Not sure my neighbors love it as much as I do but dang, she works well, it’s my second one, one in the house and this one in my shop, no regrets!

Absolute beast! Hammers bass, music, movies, videogames it doesnt matter. I had to turn it way down because it was drowning out the rest of my stereo; and the rest of my stereo is no slouch either! Very loud and clear, no clicking or distortion present, even at excessively loud volumes.
