The first one I purchased stopped working after a few days. Customer Service at both Klipsch and Best Buy were fantastic in providing assistance and a replacement. The replacement has worked great with the exception that my wife is always telling we to turn it down

Very pleased with this purchase. Sound is awesome.

Works great has 3 hdmi ports and 1 of about every other connector needed. The only reason for the 4 stars is that the Bluetooth connection is poor. I connected my phone and if I move it more than a few feet away it starts to lose connection.

Read the instructions very carefully, I spent longer than I needed to just trying to install the thing, but once I did, it was one of the most cleanest and rich sounds I ever heard. Exactly what you can expect from Klipsh.

It’s a nice soundbar. The only thing I’m not a fan of is when I have the volume on my gaming headset, it’ll turn my TV off due to no sound going to the soundbar, but I can’t get the console to recognize the TV without the soundbar. Otherwise, it’s nice.

Great sound, easy to use, integrates great with our TV. We especially like the ability to have different settings including dialogue. Bass sound is terrific for action movies. We grab a movie, get the popcorn, turn down the lights and we feel like we are at the movie theatre.

I went to Best Buy because I wanted to hear what I was purchasing as my old Yamaha receiver had served me well. The Klipsch system had the full bass back end that I was looking for. Unfortunately, the unit does not allow for additional speakers. Great sound, great brand, great value.

We were not sure we wanted a sound bar. Our family has them snd honestly the sound quality was not very good. We really like this sound bar!! The sound quality is as good as or better than our old wired system. We are very happy with this Klipsch sound bar

this sound bar is awesome, the only thing is that you have to down load the current software from klipsch to fix a few of the setting. It is an easy fix, the instruction on the web site is easy to follow. by the way i was so impressed i bought two of these.

Our second Klipsch - nice sound. We switched to a digital optical cord because the HDMI cord turned the sound down each time we turned off the TV.. It’s a fail safe feature but not for us - we do not turn our volume up to where we need the protection.

I love the sound klipsch products produce. My one complaint on this sound bar is that none of the hdmi ports work. No sound or picture from any source.

After setting this system up. the volume varied continously. I called Klipsch for support and they wanted me to send the entire unit back(Box was destroyed) for repair at my expense(shipping). Also the update would not work. And finally the volume button would only increase.

Gets the job done. Simple set up. Subwoofer is mediocre at best. Required a firmware update right out of the box which was not very user friendly.

I had no second thoughts when I bought this item. Powerful bass and you can always adjust if you want more clarity of vocals. Synchronize with my TV over internet. got no problem and very satisfied.

I’ve had this sound bar and sub for 4 months now and have no complaints. I like the 4K pass through for my Xbox one and Cable. I like using the unit as a switcher between hdmi so I don’t need to use my tv remote and sound bar remote.

I highly recommend Klipsch soundbars. I put this one in our second home and it sounds great. Just like the first one. I really like the wireless woofer as well as it give you flexibility on where to put it if you mount your TV and Soundbar on the wall.

Remote is great, quality of product Sound great. I was only sightly disappointed by surprisingly the bass! Klipsch is known for bass and I have it up all the way all the time. No real booms. Otherwise great sound bar really like the features and clarity.
