Very Little Surround Sound

Quit working after 6 months

Very poor troubleshooting directions. And poor customer service as it’s very hard to get a hold of anybody to talk to.

Klipsch RSB-11 White Noise

Tried different configuration of HDMI / Optical cables does not resolve it. Perhaps I need to check in with the geek squad to diagnose the white noise.
