Always find woofer placement a bother but good sound quality.

This soundbar did not meet my expectations. The power (loudness only) was good but the sound was not very crisp. It would probably be ok if you like very loud sound with movies or tv shows, but it is terrible for music. I exchanged this soundbar for a different brand.

Great but not to good for the price it us.........

hard to setup; instructions were poor. woofer ridiculously weak (had to touch it to tell if it was on); sound bar failed repeatedly after only 2 weeks; retuned to store for refund

When I first powered it up it literally sounded like a tea kettle boiling. Not sure if there is not enough interfere shielding in the power supply brick or what. A ferrite core may have helped. Ran it through an expensive UPS unit and it helped, but not much. Wasn't going to waste my time and trouble shoot what component was defective. Best Buy was awesome in the returns process, no questions asked. Upgraded to the Bose 700 instead.

Upset that i spent so much money and the hdmi port dont work so i have to use the optical port whixh is not as good of sound as hdmi Also system cuts on by itself. Subwoofer is average

Subwoofer base is all most non existent. You have to turn the volume way up to for it to respond. I have a Bose sound bar that makes this one third rate. Bought this one for second TV.

System worked properly and was easy to set up, but didn't offer the sound quality we were looking for.

I was very disappointed with this purchase. I researched different sound bars and tested them in store before purchasing. When this set arrived, it was very easy to set up, however; the subwoofer was very quiet. It was a Babywoofer not a Subwoofer!! The highest output was nothing compared to my 10+ year old Yamaha system. It would not have survived two months at my house!

We had this product for almost a yr. Did not live up to our expectations. Returned & bought a different brand

Extremely disappointed with this setup! It was replacing a previous version of soundbar from Klipsch that was fantastic. This was a huge letdown. The sound is weak, subwoofer was decent but again nothing compared to older models. Sonos replaced this in our house.

The Sony equivalent sounds much better, and I tried both --- in my home --- side by side.

This unit had basically no surround sound to it at all. I returned it and bought a 5.2 system.

I think need more power bass is too week need more

Meh, sound quality could be better, no way to EQ material, sub underpowered.

Using with smart TV. Sometimes voice is overpowered by background sound. "Dialog" and "surround" buttons don't help much. Volume changes on it's own sometimes. Works ok for music but not TV. Not worth the money.
