    Sales person sold me pair of box speakers as surround sound speakers. When K returned them to store after driving 56 miles for purchase and return both salesperson and manager would not consider giving me any sort of comp for my inconvenience. This is after having spent thousands of dollars there on appliance, high grade tv and sound system and being a Best Buy member with long history of purchases! Completely rude - they couldn’t care any less! Former Best Buy Club member
