I enjoy the sound every time I turn on the television. Just very nice as it seems to enhance the base sounds.

didn't have the digital optical cable for the tv so that made things interesting, other than that the sound is amazing

Best Buy recommended this sound bar but it did not live up to expectations. Sound better in store. Expensive for quality of sound.

I had a Panasonic DVD/Home theatre all in one system that I loved. It was 5.1 with a powered subwoofer and it sounded great even after 6 years. It sounded great. But now my wife is one that hates the look of the speakers and stands everywhere. It didn't bother me but it did her. Plus with a 13 month old running around, the speakers became something to play with. I started to get tired of picking them up all the time. So I started to look around at different options. I never heard great things about sound bars compared to the original, tried and true method of a receiver, 5 speakers and a sub. Well when I was in the Grand Forks, ND store, I was approached and asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I was already sold on a Yamaha because of the name and price. I was prepared to spend only $300. When I was shown the different sound bars I didn't mind what I was hearing, but I wasn't excited to buy and go home right away to set it up. I then heard the Klipsch R-10B sound bar and sub. I was blown away! The little hairs on the back of neck tingled as did the rest of me as I listened. I asked how much? It was on sale for $499.99. I was like no way can I spend that much. I thought about it and I left to look at a few other options first. I even looked online everywhere too to compare pricing and reviews. I then just made the decision to say heck with it, i'm buying it. The other one were fine too, but I have a ear for sound. I did not want to buy something for $300 or $350 and have buyers remorse and not be happy. So, I bought this system. As soon as I got home, I set it up. I had bought Pacific Rim on Blu Ray to test it out as well. I was in love. It was the best thing that I had purchased. The sound is awesome. Set up is easy. DO NOT LET THE 1 OPTICAL INPUT AND 1 STEREO OUTPUT SCARE YOU! Most all newer tv's have the digital output. So, in old school methods, turn your tv into the receiver for your home theatre system. Connect your directv, blu ray player, PS3 and Xbox to your tv via the HDMI cable. Then just use the digital out from the tv to the sound bar. It is the best way. I then connected my 300 disc changer via the stereo inputs. Programming the sound bar to my Directv remote was easy as I use the sound bar for all of my sound and the I do the over ride to allow AV1 to be my sound source. It is easy instructions. I recommend this sound bar to everyone. If you have a budget of $200 or less, that is fine. But, if you can swing it, save up a few more dollars for this. No questions asked, just buy this sound bar. Glad it was on sale when I bought it.

Best sound bar period better than bose and I have always been a fan of them this thing can get very loud

The 3d sound effect is pretty great on this sound bar. The bass can rumble. Love watching movies like I have my own theater.

In my honest opinion you cannot find a better soundbar for the price if this is what you're going after for a clean install.

Subwoofer went out on me but it was petty magical when it was working

I like they way that the system sounds. Have to turn sub down to half power so that it's not overbearing in the room.

Sound bar really helps with the large open living room and vaulted ceiling. Wish I could add additional speakers to the system.

Product would be very much improved if you could see a sliding scale or number system to register the volume as you adjust it.
