Awful - Sounds cuts in and out
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not a high quality product. Sounds cuts in and out repeatedly, whether it is cable, Netflix or a DVD. Bought the protection plan and was told I would have to pay to have someone come and take a look at it. Will return this product. Would also add that the Best Buy phone assistance transferred me about 10 times, and I still could not find someone to help me. I would stick with another brand (and another store). Awful.

Too many issues
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.LISTENED TO VARIOUS SOUNDBARS. Narrowed it down to this one and a JBL system. This one had clearer voice and JBL had more bass. Got home hooked it up all was well first 30 min. Volume started rising on its own. Lowered it down and it lasted about 1.5 hrs. then it blared up again. Unpluged system and checked optical connections. All was good. Powered sysem back up and it worked fine about 30 min. then stared again. Decided then to pack it up and return next day. While listening to tv ,through tv speakers, the soundbar came on by itself blaring and waking up the wife. NOT GOOD lol. Turned soundbar off and 1 hour or so later it came back on by itself. Remote to soundbar was acrosss the room from me on tv stand both times. Unpluged power to sounbar system to keep it off. I own other Klipsch speakers and this system is a HUGE DISSAPOINMENT from a company like them. JBL SYSTEM WILL REPLACE THIS......

Connectivity Issues with Subwoofer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this sound bar after listening to it in store sounded Great. Within first month of owning had connectivity issues with the wireless sub woofer and wood not connect and pair with the soundbar. Contacted Klipsh they recommend I relocate my wireless router because it may cause interference so I paid cable company to do just that. After another month Sub had connectivity issues again and would not connect to sound bar at all contact Klipsh and they tell me to use a paper clip to reset the sound bar and sub, does not work. They then tell me to file a claim for the warranty, luckily I had geek squad and just returned the Item for another system for $500 plus dollars it was not worth it. lastly the remote is a joke period!!!!!!!!!!

Speaker blew out in 5 months

Klipsch will sent us a new sound bar, but I have to mail back the entire system (at my own cost) first. They do not supply any boxes or prepaid shipping for this. It is all very heavy and shipping/packing will cost me over $75 to ship back a defective product.

Will break down within 2 years!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought a Klipsch sound bar and it stopped working suddenly after only 2 years, paid $700 for it and now it's worthless, called customer service and they only would offer money off on a new product(which probably would break down fast too), stating they don't even make the "old" model anymore. They could at least fix it for free! don't buy this product or anything from Klipsch, you'll be sorry!!
