Because there is no care in how they handle their products like this. Samething occured when i got the "battle city speed duel box" from bestbuy. You would think bestbuy would know that these are seen as "collectables" and would handle with more care but....they do not. Try a small card shop before bestbuy for stuff like this because youll honestly probably get it the same price IF NOT cheaper and it actually be packaged with care
