This was an epic movie. They were sold out of the blu-ray so I bought the 4k because it had the blu-ray included. Great extras and excellent visual quality.

THis King Kong Movie tops the, all, Excellent story line, awesome monsters and a tender side of the King, The military aspect was a little much but the rest of the movie was very entertaining.

Love this take on King Kong. Great Story and Special effects. I can see now where they are going with the KING KONG v GODZILLA idea and I can't wait for it.

This is one of the only King Kong movies that focuses on the monster and not all the characters surrounding him. Its fun and full of great visual effects.

While I enjoyed the recent King Kong movie by Peter Jackson, it didn't carry the weight and seriousness that this one did. Great action, and I would love to see more along this storyline.

what an awesome well done action packed movie right from the start, bring kong back to 100ft tall again and still growing as its a young kong. a must watch

If you are a fan of King Kong movies you will enjoy Kong: Skull Island. The plot and the special effects made for and enjoyable movie. The plot was very interesting and well thought out!

The movie is good. Plenty of action and special effects. The 3D is a mixed bag. "Pop out" effects are few and far between but the "inside the screen" is pretty impressive. Good sound as well.

Loved this movie in the theater and the blu-ray is great. This steelbook package with blu-ray, blu-ray 3D and 4K disc is a must-have for fans of the movie!

I've learned this is the introduction to a new movie monster franchise incorporating Kong and Toho monsters from the Godzilla films; it ought to be great!

Didn't really feel anything for several of the characters except Kong.. it's a fun movie and the cinematography during the helicopter/initial Kong interaction that kicks off ACT2 is awesome!

At last a Kong movie where he survives and there are possibilities to develop further movies on theme!! Great movie, awesome take & cant wait for more!
