I wasn't a huge fan of samuel's character but otherwise this movie was pretty good Definitely a different and, to some probably, better take on Peter Jackson's version

I have liked the kind of movies since I was a kid. King Kong, Godzilla Etc... This is a great reboot looking forward to more Kong Movies.

very good action. This movie takes on a different concept of KONG. Also introducing other prehistoric animals to the movie. Must see!!

I enjoyed seeing this in the theater this summer. It was an adventurous ride and I enjoyed every moment. Lots of action and adventure.

Nice start to the beginning of a franchise of films, not limited to Kong but other characters (won't spoil it). I will say stay past the end credits. It's worth the wait.

Another good monster movie leading into Godzilla 2. Creature effects were amazing but do wish they would have brought back the dinosaurs.

Kong is so awesome in this. I love the setting and the cast. This movie is a lot of fun and can't wait to see this kong take on Godzilla.

Great storyline and action throughout. Not a sequel to the Jack Black Kong but a whole new one. John C Reilly was great in this.

The movie is great King Kong monster setup for Monarch monsters. I wish all steelbooks had 4k, 3D and digital combos in a single package.

King Kong is our favorite monster of all time. Great movie to watch with the family. The movie is different from the original but still it was good to watch. We loved it.

Amazing revival of a classic. This movie was surprisingly graphic for a PG13 movie and that really helped to make the film seem so real.

Kong on Skull Island is a must for all fans of the big ape. His majesty shines on this remake and Samuel Jackson was a worthy adversary!

This is a very good, well made film. It doesn't do much to redefine the genre, but the cinematography is terrific, and the performances are there. Nice steelbook as well.

The movie is fine. It could have been so much better if they reduced the amount of characters that you follow or expand more on the central cast (especially Tom Hiddleston and Brie Larson’s) And don’t worry if you don’t remember their names because I didn’t after watching it. The director should have also cut down on all of the Vietnam War allusions because there are way too many. However, Kong himself is awesome. He may not be in it as much as some would think, but when he’s on screen he’s good.

Very cool approach on this one......action is non-stop....paced very nicely throughout.....creatures are very cool.....top action flick!

This version of King Kong does not disappoint. The story line is different than the previous remix of the movie love the action scenes.

Glad I ordered this online for in-store pickup, sold out within an hour, fun entertaining movie and awesome cover art on this steelbook.
