I originally bought the sennheiser hd428's, and they were very good. They were the clearest headphones I had heard , but lacked bass. So I returned them for these koss and was amazed. First off, the build quality was sturdy, and the weight of the headphones showed they were not cheaply made. As for comfort they are also great. My ears became hot after a while, but thats expected from all closed ear models. The sound quality was also great. The clarity was amazing as was the bass. Regardless of what other reviews say, these headphones are great, and are worth the money. Any headphone that has a lifetime warranty will be worth the money. I recommend Koss over any headphones because of the warranty. The Koss are just as good as the over the ear bose, but more sturdy and durable. I hope this helps future buyers. If you are looking for a headphone with superb sound quality, comfort, and durability, then these are for you. They also have versatility of being ipod headphones, or stereo, because they include an adapter.

First, I don't take the time to write many reviews. Next, let me tell you I was a morning show radio host for 12 years and these are one of the best pairs of headphones I've ever owned. I was looking to buy a new pair before going on a flight to San Francisco and I looked at Beats by Dre, Bose, Skull Candy, and Sennheiser. I read the reviews and looked at the prices, then decided to go into Best Buy to test for quality, fit, and to see how sturdy they were. Afterwards the choice was clear. They have good solid weight to them, but they're not overly heavy. The sound is amazing for an $80 pair of headphones. On par with all the rest at half/quarter of the price. If you want to be stylish and pay $300 for Beats Studio, or $150 for Bose that is fine. However if you want the same sound quality and don't want to have to mortgage your house, pick up a pair of these. You wont be sorry.

I bought a pair of Sennheiser HD419 and I was really happy with then until its cord malfunctioned. This malfunction caused only 1 channel to be heard. It's too bad because I really loved them. I had some Phillips Cityscapes. I liked them too until I noticed that after 2 weeks, there was a loose piece of material in ear pads. That constant rattle sent me back to Best Buy to return them too. I really wanted another pair of headphones and I was hesitant to go back to Best Buy to purchase another pair. Nothing worse than having your product malfunction after Best Buy's return policy expires. I really did not want to buy an extended warranty for headphones. I was reading CNET whose review of the Koss 3AA was very favorable. Their review and Koss's limited lifetime warranty resulted in buying a pair. I was not disappointed at all. I've had them for about two weeks so far and I just love them. The amount of bass and high end are just fantastic. Just the right balance for me. If you're looking for a great pair of headphones, combined with a great warranty, look no further than Koss.

These are the best Headphones I have ever used. I have purchased Sennheiser first but I ended up returning them and getting Koss. The design is phenomenal. Just a little bit heavy but very comfortable. The range of sound from bass frequencies to the treble are excellent. I would have never looked at anything at the similar price range.

I have been using these phones to watch movies so I don't disturb other people in the area, the sound quality is excellent, and they are very comfertible. I actually forgot I was wearing them at one point since they are so comfertible.

I bought these headphones cause my dad recently had gotten beats for Christmas and i wanted some. I was so close to buying beats but my dad said to shop a little bit more. So i did and i came across these and their sound quality is better than beats. They may not look like everyone else's but they still look really good. They are also a heck of a lot cheaper than beats which is always awesome. They drown out sound pretty good and the sound doesn't leak unless you're busting out your eardrums. Best headphones I've ever used.
