Well I thought it was funny. I'm not sure whether it was deliberate or not. As a horror fan you get a little bit of everything, right down to nice cheery gingerbread men. Krampus is a decent flick. It will be in Christmas rotation when I get tired of all the happiness of Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer.

This is one of the best horror films of last year and my new favorite Christmas film as well. An inventive and fun film that harks back to those horror comedy hybrids of the 80's like Gremlins or Critters. It's got great production around the Krampus character and his evil Christmas-oriented cohorts.

when this movie came out to the theater I was not set on seeing it because it looked stupid. Then I had seen it on HBO and thought that this movie is more of a comedy then an actual horror film. great movie..

I had my suspicions about this movie and when I brought it I had low expectations about it but when I sat down to watch the movie it really grabbed my attention and until the very twisted end. It's a great buy and it's worth the thrill ride. That's sure to make your Christmas a very twisted one

I watched this with friends but I would love for it to be a new Christmas tradition to watch with the family. My family unfortunately isn't into horror movies but this movie is somewhat tame compared to most.

Paid a little more than I wanted to but this movie has intrigued me for a long time. Surely not what I expected in a good way and cool plot twist ending. Buy it and be absolutely soo scared not to laugh :)

Got this for my daughter as she loves movies like these. I watched it with her expecting the worst and was surprised that I liked it overall. Has a message to it and "scary" scenes aren't over the top.

One of the best modern horror comedies in forever. Same Director as trick ‘r Treat. Lots of practical effects and a great cast. A New Age Christmas horror staple.

I love this movie especially around the Christmas holiday. It doesn’t take itself too seriously and still manages to be spooky. The monster design is so good.

This movie was a welcome surprise when I saw it in theaters last year. Upon viewing it at home, nothing has changed. This is a great horror/comedy that does not rely on gore for scares. The practical effects are excellent and the very slim use of CGI is very welcome. Recommended!

Krampus is a darkly fun Christmas horror! Much like Gremlins, Krampus provides entertaining mischief for all those who still love to be naughty at Christmas time! The overall atmosphere and excellent art direction make Krampus a new annual holiday tradition! Highly recommended!

If you like a little different take on Christmas,or need a break from all the family Christmas movies,this is a must see.I loved the idea,the acting,horror style view point and comedy added in.everything worked perfectly.And that Krampus is a actual tale...Awesome

This movie was delightfully humorous despite being a horror movie. I watched this with my entire family and we agreed that it needs to be added to the list of movies we watch together on Christmas Eve.

Directed by the same guy that did Trick or Treat -- I was sure that this would be a fun Christmas horror movie. It did not disappoint! In the spirit of Gremlins, this is fun PG-13 movie with some great practical effects. The cast is spot on, with some wonderful moments. Enjoy!

This movie may not work for everyone being a holiday horror flick. But in my home with 2 teen boys it was a hit. And being PG-13 it is scary without being over the top, so works for Mom too.

I love this movie and I love the new 4K version. I think I like the original cut better than this naughty cut but I’m glad to have options when I wanna mix it up!

Seemed like Hollywood forgot how to make this kind of movie after the 80's and then Krampus comes along to remind us there's still hope. Maybe this signals the return to a forgotten sub-genre.

Not your typical holiday movie. I was not sure what to expect from it but watched it anyway because it was recommended to me. Honestly, I enjoyed it and had to buy it to watch it every year.

Creepy, campy, and full of scares, this is perfect blend for a horror movie. If you liked Trick or Treat, you will like this. It is from the same director and in my opinion it's even better!

Krampus is a fun thrill ride! Funny, scary, and definitely one to add to the list of holiday movies!
