These seem to be very helpful for avoiding eye strain when using a screen, and are pretty comfortable too. These are a bit darker yellow than the Gunnar gaming glasses of the same purported blue light reduction, which can be better or worse depending on preference. I do prefer how these have no magnification built-in. The Gunnar default models have a tiny +0.20 magnification added, which debatably makes them better for staring at a screen, but I'm not sure I like having my vision being altered for long stretches of time when I don't require corrective lenses. I bought two of these, both of them, the packaging was half-open when I got them and the glasses seemed to be flopping around with no protection. One was fine, but one of the pairs had deep scratches in the center of both lenses and I had to return them.

They work as intended however they do end up hurting where they rest for where normal glasses go due to slight tightness.
