This movie is great, the art Direction and style is so unique to laika. I thought the 3D version of this film worked perfectly, it's understated but very immersive in various scenes.

Fantastic movie that really surprise is all aspects; great story for all members of family, incredible visual effects by the movie makers. An overall 100% from a big movie guy here.

I am big fan of Laika production house. And they didn't disappoint this time either. In 3d it was much more fun. Gorgeous animation and superb storyline made it almost a classic.

This film is a marvel to look at. Seriously, you can pause any scene in this movie and have a beautiful image. Really looking forward to checking out the special features as well.

Kubo and the Two Strings is by far Laika's best movie, followed by Coraline. I would buy this movie after reviewing it first just to make sure you like it. Definitely see this one!

My favorite Laika film, and I really enjoyed Coraline. The story and theme appeals to adults and children. AV quality is top notch, but 3D does not add much to the presentation.

Laika went above and beyond with the production of this movie. They've taken the medium to new heights with this Japanese inspired story of a boy looking to reunite his family.

This is a great movie, considering the technics used to make an excellent movie; along with the theme and the way is taken during the film. Just one word to tell it: Excellent!!!!

Loved this movie. Story was cool, animation was done well. Even kept my wife awake (she's usually napping when we take the kids to the movies). Watch this if you haven't already.

Very nice storyline with great visuals. Pretty much picked up because of wanting 3D movie for projector and was wowed by all aspects of this production. Very much worth it.

The best animated movie of 2016 and hands down my favorite Leika film. Great year for animated movies this was a sad and funny masterpiece up there with anything Pixar has done.

Not knowing anything about this film going in, I was surprised by how amazing it was. Jaw dropping animation and a heartfelt story tie raise this fantastic movie to new heights!

KUBO AND THE TWO STRINGS is a brilliant stop-motion animated film from Laika Entertainment (Coraline, Paranorman). Very enjoyable story and full of beautifully done animation.

Great movie again another great 3-D Blu-ray movie that I got from Best Buy and it was on sale to begin with it is a good story and very entertaining I enjoyed it very much

A story full of heart. Lessons to learn and one that can open conversation with children (if they have questions). Not your run of the mill "silly". Fun for the whole family.

Cute kid movie. I really enjoyed how this story unravels and how the end of the story has a twist but I don't want to give to much away. You have to watch it for yourself.

The film has a different approach to animation on a film with originally would not have bought - luckily it NOT anime - but real animation. The 3D effects are outstanding.

Movie is great story with homage to Japanese culture! THe work that goes into stop motion is amazing and its good that the story is also very good! Definitely worth the buy!

This movie is good. It wqs much better than I expected it to be. As soon as Kubo started to tell his first story, I was impressed with the movies line and how it was told.
