Called the company and was told that is a normal thing and they couldn’t help me. This was bought as a Christmas gift so it was past the return time. Also was missing a mystery item as well.

Posted .We are sorry to hear this. The LOL Bigger Surprise capsule comes with over 60 surprises inside. Each layer has so many surprises including exclusive big sister dolls, a baby sister and a surprise pet and they color change in water too. Children can have a giant dress up show with new outfits, faces and wigs. We think this product is simply awesome!!!

That’s the real surprise here. This thing was a joke. Kid was not happy at all, which I can deal with...the headache of constantly hearing her complain to her stepsister was what made this a one star.
