I received 1 pet and 3 dolls. When I contacted your customer service, they told me styles may vary. Yes, styles may vary because these are a blind bag toy. However, to tell me that styles may vary means you can send me a doll rather than a pet is ridiculous. These are 2 separate products. They were separate products in my cart and the survey you sent me, but yet I am told I can't get what I actually ordered. As a matter of fact, your customer service rep actually told me to contact the FedEx carrier for your mistake. How is that for Customer Service? I will not be ordering from Best Buy again. A completely frustrating experience and not at all customer friendly when the mistake was yours.

Don't waste money on these. Swap old toys with family members or trusted friend, wrap the toy and give it to your kid to unwrap. It's a new toy for them and you're not wasting ridiculous amounts of money on toys they use once.
