My daughter wanted this but was quickly bored and disappointed with this.

I ordered one ball online because that was the maximum that was allowed to be ordered at a time. I'm guessing because they are extremely hard to find. Anyway I ordered one, paid for it , and logged back in and paid for a second one. Everything shipped fast and I received both balls but one ball was a series one and the other was a series two?!? Kinda was expecting both to be series 2 but since we don't have any series one I wasn't too mad just kinda thrown off a bit.

So happy I was able to find the “hottest” toy this year. The ball came on time, intact, and nicely packaged. I received a series 1 doll that are extra rare to find as they are expired. I’d be happy with any series. I think they are overpriced in general, but what you isn’t now these days. Can’t wait to see my daughters face this Christmas when she opens these Authentic dolls!(:

I bought these because it was advertised as series 1 LOL surprise dolls. When I received them they were series 2. when I opened the box my daughter was there so she put up a fight to keep them as I wanted to return them. I am tempted to purchase them again to see if I get the series 1. If they are in face series 2, you need to change the description of the products because this is misleading your customers.

The listing description, pics, and reviews were all confusing. Was this for Series 1 or Series 2? Well, I decided to go ahead and order two. We got one Series 1 and one Series 2 ball. Turns out these are the re-released dolls. MGA re-released a limited series of both series in Dec 2017. They have a revised checklist with Series 1 on one side and Series 2 on the other side. There's only 9 dolls from each series available. Check out youtube videos of the re-release to see which dolls are available. If ordering online, you're not going to be able to choose which series you get, but it could be either! We got a Glitterati Sugar Queen from one, so very pleased! If you don't have any from season 1 or season 2 this is a slam dunk. If you have a lot already, I would look for the revised checklist to see if you want to risk the odds!

I don't get it, but my girls (age 6 & 9) LOVE these little dolls. I thought it would be a short lived interest, but they play with these ALL the time. They seem to always get them out when their friends are over as well. They are a bit more expensive then I would have expected, but the retail price has been justified to me by how much they are played with.

Description error. They will send series 2 wave 2. Not series 1 as described. 2 stars because of wrong description but they are authentic lol surprise dolls

I bought one of these to see what all they hype was about. Needless to say I now want more. They are super cute and kind of addicting. I am a 40+ grown woman and have absolutely no need for these little things, but now I want more! Ugh.

Bought these due to them being identified as Series 1 on bestbuy.com. They were delivered and were Series 2. They advised that they don’t have Series 1 dolls.

Ordered 3 balls and the other two were Big Sisters and one was a little sister ball. Be careful ordering because it's a random pick. You might not get the large dolls! Otherwise it's authentic series 2 dolls. I had to return one and I'm hoping it will be a Big sister this time.

The first picture of this product shows the casing of a big surprise and it definitely is not. Please change the pictures so it is not deceiving for online purchasers.

These are authentic LOL dolls. My girls are very happy. We actually got one series 1 and one series 2 which was kind of weird but I don’t really care. I just wish I could order more than one at a time. It stinks to pay shipping for each individual one but even so they are still cheaper than everywhere else.

Excellent costumer service. My kids love these things!

They are sending series 2 not series 1. So disappointing.
