I would only but in store to keep this from happening! They need to make sure to grab all from the same box to keep these issues from happening! Also the dolls were all defective. Not Best Buy’s fault but MGA so far has not responded to our warranty complaint. The MBE manufacturing sucks!!!

Stay away from mga products

In the end what can the packaging really be used for? The doll is the same. It is not like they gave extra accessories with it to justify the higher cost. The paint job is very poor and the company did not even reply when I submitted a complaint about it.

Posted .There is no way to ensure you do not get a duplicate doll with a subsequent purchase. Part of the fun of collectability is looking forward to what might be inside the surprise ball. If you unwrap the same doll, watch out; MOST dolls have two different water surprises! Collect them both! Perhaps you can trade duplicates with a friend for one you do not already have.
