This movie is somewhere around Bollywood style and seems quite based upon An American In Paris. It is definitely a good homage to the classic musicals of the 1940s and 1950s. Plot is ok, has some random moments where it seems to jump, but worth the viewing.

Didn't love this movie like I thought I would. Feel flat for me. Can't believe it was nominated to win best picture. So glad it didn't...that honor should have gone to Lion which is an amazing movie! Do yourself a favor and buy it instead of LaLa Land.

All the advertisements I saw for this movie emphasized the starring characters dancing and I purchased it primarily in hope of seeing some new ballroom dancing steps I could use myself. Disappointingly, there was very little actual dancing in the movie.

I got this movie as a Christmas gift after seeing it in theaters. I thought the movie was a little slow - but then when I watched it again, I really enjoyed it. It's a good movie and nice change for some of my favorite actors and actresses.

This is the worst movie I have seen in a long while. Waste of talent for Emma Stone, but gee she got a FREE Oscar for the work. Hollywood was in a bad place to give this so many awards. Waste of $10. Giving it to charity.

Steelbook arrived on time as promised , the slipcover was damaged, it looked like it was melted , the steelbook is completely fine

I like both the stars but I was really disappointed with what they called a musical . It wasn't that bad , but it certainly didn't deserve any Oscars . Another example of Hollywood patting themselves on the back .

This movie got great reviews, but I'm not the biggest musical fan. I gave it a shot and it was ok. I don't think I am the target audience for this, so other reviewers will be a better option than me.

Still don't understand why steelbook quantities are so small. At my local BB, these always seem to sell out in less than a day. Would have been a higher rating, but I had to work too hard yo find it

The steelbook is amazing but actual movie was eh. It's like the director had absolutely no idea what timeline he wanted to implement in the movie but hey maybe that's what he was going for.
