It seems daunting at first but it is quite fun to build all these different gadgets to play with. While the VR image quality pales in comparison to most current home VR tech, it's still a fun showcase for Nintendo. Definitely try Mario and Zelda with it. Hopefully Nintendo adds more game functionality in the future. Fun for kids and kids at heart.

These Labo kits are a ton of fun. Assembling the devices is almost as much fun as playing with them. The game cartridge walks you through the assembly process step by step. We started with the VR goggles of course. The goggles are really neat and the games are pretty cool. Being able to immerse yourself in Hyrule in Legen of Zelda Breath of the Wild is an amazing experience and worth the Labo Kit by itself. The picture quality is not very good and seems out of focus. I have not been able to figure out if there is a setting that will allow you to focus and improve the experience.

Went into purchasing Labo VR with reserved expectations. It surprised me at how well the whole experience was. The blaster game with the aliens is outstanding fun. If your looking for a entry level VR experience with nintendo’s Magic touch, you really can’t go wrong here.

I own a Vive, I own Mobile VR headseats like the Samsung Gear, however nothing can match the quality of Nintendo experiences, and when combined with VR, that's when the fun truly begins. Don't go in expecting the highest quality headset - it IS blurry. But go in with the expectation to have fun, and you won't be disappointed. Just find somewhere to store all the cardboard when done!

Nintendo Labo VR surprisingly looks very good for all running off of a 720p screen, but the games out for Labo VR are minimal experiences that don't last long. Even Mario Odyssey and Breath of the Wild in VR are extremely minimal. I think Labo VR is fun, but it's only a novelty. You'll play it for one weekend and never touch it again.

My son wanted a VR for Christmas but we didn’t want to spend so much on another video game device. I decided to try this since we have the switch and the price was right. It is so awesome! We worked as a family to put all the pieces together and then all had a blast with the VR experience. Definitely revoke d this product. Great job Nintendo!

There's a lot of good stuff here. The VR headset alone is really fun, but there's so much more. Building the cardboard creations might take awhile, but it's really satisfying when they're finally built and ready to play the included games. You can even make your own games. I'd recommend to anyone with kids or anyone who wants to embrace their inner child.

I honestly thought this would be just for kids, but it is for all ages. My only complaint is that it should have came with a head strap so you don’t have to hold them continuously against your face. But the games are fun, cute and simple. I hope more games incorporate VR mode in the future.

Everybody was talking about how good this VR labo is, but unfortunately it was sold out so fast that only the basic edition was available for a long time. Glad big N decided to produce more! Definitely a great collectible item even if you don't plan on playing it.

Nintendo Labo is fun and creative. To build the toy you eventually spend time playing with is a joy I didn’t quite foresee. The games are pretty one dimensional with the majority of them not really having much on the replayability side. But STILL a lot of fun. The idea to use this with BOTW and MARIO is great but the resolution on the switch screen needs to be better for VR.

My eight year old son and I absolutely love Labo. I was curious about this kit and it has not disappointed. I have an Oculus Quest which is my favorite form of VR, but it's way too big and heavy for my son. This is a perfect VR experience for him.

Great product, even making the assembly of the cardboard is fun. The VR experience is nice for the price. I was surprised that it actually worked on the Nintendo Switch. A tip is to clean screen before use. If you are a switch owner this is a must have.

How to make video gaming more than just...

So most parents would admit either to self or others our kids are electrified with all their electronics today. Well introduce labo and video gaming becomes an activity that everyone can get involved in. My son and I spend time building and then playing with one toy con at a time. He has to stop pay attention and listen to me as I give the instructions. One mess up could be disastrous, so he thinks!! For 9 yrs old it's great to watch his face light up over what he actually built and it's useful. To his gaming time that is. For me its spending time with him in his world. Not to mention the graphics are so awesome when i tested the camera build i held my breath as soon as i realized i was underwater. It's worth every penny and gives priceless moments a chance to come alive.

The VR kit not only has an assortment of it's own games which it comes with but also works for several other major titles including Smash Bros, Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, and Mario Odessy, I highly recommend picking it up.

Easy to follow instructions make building the attachments an enjoyable task. (Some of them are a bit of a time investment though) The actual VR goggles work really well and have support with a couple of other games too!

Labo is fun for the whole family. It's fun to build the toy cons and then use it to experience the vr games. It's a solid vê experience for only $80 as long as you already have the Nintendo Switch system. I highly recommend it!

I was a bit skeptical of Labo Cardboard VR but WOW it actually works and works WELL! This might be intro VR but it is so fun to build and play. You can even go online and watch VR videos. This is a great product from Nintendo!
