Labyrinth proves what incredible work Jim Henson and his crew could do outside of the Muppets. The story is great, the creature effects are outstanding, David Bowie is perfect casting as the goblin king, great soundtrack too. This version has the best picture quality, much sharper than the previous Blu-ray.

This film is completely enchanting and gives us an early sign of Jennifer Connelly's talent. David Bowie is definitely at his best, both as a singer and as an actor. Combined with Jim Henson's amazing puppet creations you get a truly fun film and a cute story with awesome effects and specialty camera work.

I love the labyrinth, I already own this movie on blu ray, but I had to rebuy it when I learned this was a remastered copy. I love david bowie and his music really sets the film off. If you don’t already own it you got to buy it, if you haven’t ever seen it you have to watch it. Fun for the whole family.

There's a reason this movie is a cult classic... Jim Henson wove tremendous visuals, a truly witty script, and a great child's-eye-view into Labyrinth, a movie that demands re-watching. David Bowie and Jennifer Connelly are perfect for their roles, and the Digi-Book photos and text are a beautiful touch.

I grew up watching this film for years, i grew up watching Jim Henson films and their magical world stories like NeverEnding Story and Dark Crystal films. These were done way much better than the CGI today. It feels very real and all. Nobody can replace these wonderful childhood films.

While I love puppetry, this film falls short of other Henson productions. The case and attached booklet are incredible, however.

A wonderful movie which was directed by Mr. Jim Henson! Amazing work by Mr. Henson and from everybody who was involved in making this piece of work come to life on the big screen. I really love this film because of its special effects and magic of puppetry by the Jim Henson Company!

Bought this as a replacement for one of my oldest, and most favorite, movies on DVD (or on the big screen). The combination of the talents of Jim Henson and his team, the young Jennifer Connelly, and the incomparable performance of Jim Bowie as the Goblin King are not to be missed.

If you are on the fence about buying this, don't be. The new transfer is a huge upgrade from the original release. The bonus features are plentiful and the digibook itself is gorgeous. It's not my favorite Henson film or my favorite Bowie film but I am very glad that I picked it up. You should too.

The last of Jim Henson's creativity that made it to the big screen. Wizardry special effects, incredible sets and fun characters. Also, some in-depth bonus features for a boost. I do wish they went more deeper on things like the David Bowie tribute, but this is a well packed digi book.

I love this movie. I saw new in the theater and it's still enjoyable umpteen dozen viewings later. David Bowie's acting and the songs he wrote and performed for this movie and the execution of Brian Fraud's designs make this one a classic that endures. We'll miss you David Bowie! Time to step up Toby.....

I bought this collector's edition set for my wife's birthday. She's a huge fan of the movie and also of the late, great David Bowie. It has a clever design and is very eye-catching. The price is a little too high for what you get, however. Just about worth the money, but only for the diehard. Most of the special features are already present in past DVD versions, so you aren't getting all that much more content. It's primarily for the packaging and booklet.

So glad that I bought the UHD disc of Labyrinth. The picture quality is as amazing as I gets for an 80's film, film grain is to expected.It was great to have an Atmos soundtrack as a bonus. Was lucky to pick it up at Best Buy on sale. I highly recommend it if the price drops again !

What a great family classic. My wife grew up watching this and now we watch it with our young adult children. So many great one liners.

Glad they brought this out in 4K and blue ray Picture is great. The blue ray version comes with a follow along book with lots of extras. Both products are good, I didn’t need the book and with a 70” curved screen the slightly better picture 4$ less was a bargain.

Wonderful movie. I have loved this movie since its original release and I have shared it with my children. Now I'm sharing it with my grandchildren. David Bowie is amazing and Jim Henson brought all the characters to life.

One of my favorite movies as a kid! I have several versions of this at my house but this one has some great extra features and looks like a brand new remastered movie. I love the special effects in this move and who doesn't love David Bowie as the Goblin King? Great purchase!!!

The movie was a favorite of mine when I was younger. This version has everything the steelbook has, but its cheaper in price. I have to say its a really great choice, unless you need to pay more for a steelbook. it has the 4k disc, the regular blu-ray, and the digital redemption code.

One of my favorite movies has now been released in extremely high quality 4k. Since the original resolution was even greater than 4k, we are now closer than ever to appreciating the movie in its original glory. Awesome for Muppets. Awesome for Bowie - the movie is a family cult classic.

This movie will be highly enjoyed by David Bowie lovers. Has one of the most memorable musical scenes, and it reflects the spirit of the period in which it was made. The collectors edition features some good behind the scenes material that is sure to make the movie even more enjoyable.
