    I didn't purchase this item in September, so I am not sure what best Buy wants me to do. I However I did purchase in in May and it works great.

    I have 5 of theses and they ha e not let me down yet. They're rough and rugged properly setup for impact and protection just in case you drop it

    Great product! This is a good quality external drive. I use it to make drone movies and edit. It’s rugged so you can take it anywhere.

    Nice tough backup drive. Runs fast and I have had no errors. Bigger case than some others but it protects the internal parts well.
