    I reformatted it to Mac file system. Connecting via usb 3.0 rectangular port. (Aka usb A?) Sometimes won’t connect right away. Could be me and not the drive. Lately it’s working better.

    The cover is sturdy and I enjoy the orange color. The icon on the mac is fun. It's fast and so far so good! overall best external I've ever bought. I am definitely investing in more in the near future.

    I have been looking for a LaCie hard drive for a while now and I am loving it so far. I only use it to store photographs I have taken and it serves its purpose. No complaints!
