DO NOT BUY!!

Thought maybe it was my computer so I did some research and noticed its a common problem when hard drives start to fail or a faulty cable. Best buys return policy is garbage for being as big of company as they are and they wont accept it back so now im stuck with a 3 week old hard drive that is faulty. Would not recommend shopping with best buy. Seems shady that you have to buy a membership to get 30 day returns, they know what they are doing and its a trash model. Bad business practice

Great compact device!

Formatted easy for both apple and pc, and works great. Only issue is that we had to go out and buy a usb-micro to USB adapter to run it. Love the size and extra protection around it!
