I have 2 of them that I use as project drives all day, and swap them between systems using Thunderbolt 3, Thunderbolt with an adapter, and USB. They are durable, portable,and fast!

I had a Gdrive hard drive FireWire and it was too slow and it broke. I got this LaCie and it’s fast and i can store all my files, photos, videos.

Great drive for a teenager to carry in backpack. Be sure and look for price matching which saved us quite a bit on this.
