IT IS A GREAT WAY TO HAVE A DESK ANY WHERE YOU WANT IT

I'd like to say more about it because while it lasted it was excellent. Unfortunately, our dog got a hold of it so I can't say much in the area of durability. That's not the manufacturers fault however. For the price it was more than worth the time I had with it.

This is great for using lap top in you comfy chair.

The first one i bought, the wireless card had a manufacturer defect and i had to replace the whole tablet. The customer service was nice, but still it was a hassle for me. Plus my daughter got upset, cuz it was her present. The second one worked just fine.

I really liked this in the beginning but the poly pellets are not so closely together as they once were so there is empty space to where they should be.

I chose this version because of the mouse pad, but it makes the whole thing skew to the left when I'm sitting in my recliner or desk chair. I should have realized that before buying this.

Not that this is an awful lap desk, it's just one that's a bit awkward. If you are a big person than it works well, but if you have a smaller lap then it seems too bulky and something that your significant other may not want to use. Using a larger laptop will make the phone holder seem like it's hiding behind the laptop. If this becomes a black friday or clearance item you should pick one up, if not, you can find better.

I was very disappointed to find my new laptop had 1/2 as much storage capacity as my old one. I am old and do not understand as much as the younger generation. I got an expensive computer and thought I was upgrading. After only about 3 months I found I only had 64 capacity left on my new computer I was upset. Why do you take advantage of people who don't know what questions to ask.

Its a table. It is comfortable in your lap. No vents, it warps when it heats up from laptop, just get a cooling pack instead.

Not as easy to use as I thought it would be. I have to put my feet up on the ottoman, then set the lap desk on my lap in order to use it,

It looks nice in the box and everything but when I actually got home to use it, it wasn't exactly what I wanted, and it was already chipped

Is there any customer support number or anyways to return and get a refund? in a very short span of time , it lost its balance and every time i have to manual adjust the cushion behind the board. It is very annoying and it shakes a lot. Please let me know the return details , best buy has to check the product thoroughly before selling it in their site. Good thing is it has good grip on mouse and laptop.

No complaints with the item. Based on slightly smaller lap desks, the price is about $10 more than what I feel it should be.

not the most comfy but it, the mise area is every small.

It’s not a bad purchase it’s a laptop tray so you can use it wherever you are. It’s not too expensive

It is too deep in order to stay on my lap so he doesn’t want to sit correctly. The padding is comfortable though!

I have this product and it is good for short periods of use. I would not recommend for someone that has arthritis in your neck.
