I purchased this after visiting Best Buy store. I am a buyer who likes to see what I am purchasing. I loved the quality of this desk and how large it is. The height is not too high, which can be a problem for me being a petite woman. I love the small phone dock on top right corner, which I use for phone, pen, and small pad of paper. I have dropped it numerous times and holds up to a three foot drop just fine. Well worth the price (using a Best Buy certificate makes it even better). Great Christmas gift.

Needed space to hold my work laptop computer. Has ample size and fits on lap comfortably. Easy to move (lightweight) and makes working on laptop less of a task.

The lap desk is designed well, sturdy, and comfortable resting on my lap. The built-in mouse pad, wrist support, and phone holder are invaluable. I don't experience the overheating on my lap or my mouse and lap top sliding off that I did with my previous lap desk. It also looks nice and professional. Great product!

I sit on the couch normally when on my laptop. If you do not have a tray, your legs of course get very hot plus there isn't any stability in your laptop. This tray gives you have the stability of balance as well as comfort. You also have the convenience of having enough space for your mouse so that you aren't having to try to run the mouse over the couch, or a pillow. or the computer itself. I am highly pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to others

Very confortable. Perfectly fits my 15” laptop and and the mouse pad is a bonus.

So basically for a 13" laptop it has a lot of space, its large so you gotta have some room to have it on you. Its not too heavy, it sits comfortably on your legs, the heat from the laptop doesn't go through the mouse pad works well with a mouse and the extra space for a phone works well too. Worth it

This lap desk is very comfortable for your legs due to the amount of cushioning. It is also spacious. The mouse pad feature is the best part of it. I hate using the laptop pad and this alleviates that by having enough space for your mouse. Also holds your phone. Perfect workstation for when you don't feel like sitting at your desk.

Perfect size for my computer, a slot for my phone and a built in mousepad! I love it! Also a built in wrist rest! Very sturdy and the dual leg rests are comfortable - feels like they are filled with rice and adjusts so easily to your lap! Highly recommend.

I purchased this laptop desk because I needed something portable for moving around with no hassles. This product works out nicely. Sturdy and light weight. It's padded to support to help with any typing assignment. It also holds your phone within reach while you work or communicate with friends.

Oh what a nice desk to perch my laptop on while laying in bed or riding on the bus. I really like the weighted pads on its bottom which helps for the ballance and the form wrist pad is very comfortable. The slot they have for the phone is also nice to put other items in like a stylus pen or a flash drive.so not to get lost. Not to heavy to carry and with the handle it make it easy for the person on the go.

This was the last one at Best buy and I am so happy that I bought this. It's comfortable and it fits my 15'6 , mouse and IPhone. This also has a wrist rest as well as extra padding underneath too.. Best choice!

This product is light weight and comfortable! It has a mouse pad attached to the right side that also has a slot to sit your cell phone into. Doesn't hurt your legs while using your laptop away from a table or in bed. I haven't had any issues with heat with this lap desk.

Bought for my wife, she loves it, it fits her 17in laptop perfectly its lightweight and keeps the heat away from her legs, the right side has a padded section you can use for a mouse works very well, hard plastic and has weighted sandbags on the bottom all in all great lapdesk.

The wrist rest is necessary in order to keep the laptop and mouse from sliding off. The design allows for heat to escape. The lap desk is light and easy to carry with the handle.

A laptop tray that holds it (a laptop), along with (ample?) space for ‘mouse maneuvering’, AND a small slot to hold your smartphone..? Sold! Easy to use. Solid purchase. There’s even padding underneath the tray too. Loved this so much, that I bought another to leave at a relative’s house when visiting. (Probably overshare, but meh) Anyway, have purchased four of these over the years (as mentioned above, but also as gifts) and will probably buy again should anything happen to the current ones, provided they’re still being manufactured by then! Recommended.

Mixed reviews state this unit as being big, bulky, uncomfortable for the lap, top not skid free allowing laptop to slide, and having very fragile edges that can be damaged easily. From personal use of this product I find that it is somewhat bulky in my lap. Laptop does indeed slide around the surface even with the nonskid feet on the bottom of the laptop and this advertising nonskid surface, so be careful not to let it tip to its side as you may lose your valuables. The edges are durable and do not seem to be damaged easily, at least from occasional use. Just need to take care of belongings as anything can be “fragile.” The mouse pad section seems to be flat and easily used as this is why I mainly purchased this, as a lot of other users also purchased for the same reason. We want to use our mouse with our laptops! The wrist pads are somewhat high as others have stated and can be a little smaller, but in time they will compress from use and it should not be an issue. The lap padding is comfortable and is made out of a bean bag like material and holds well. The overall price for this product is competitive with others, however this one features everything and is hard to beat.

I've been wanting a lap desk for a while and I saw this at Best Buy the other day, so I got it. Originally I purchased the 15" version, but I returned it when I discovered it was damaged. They didn't have another 15" so I got the 17" one. It works great and I like they extra room for my phone and a mouse if I want to use it. The pillows on the bottom are comfortable on my lap

Perfect for my laptop! Since working from home, I may work from different rooms and this holds my laptop great! A space to hold my phone (while charging it) and the mouse pad on the side is a great feature to make my work space much better.

I am so glad I purchased this item after initially hesitating because I thought the size would be cumbersome. The size is perfect. The cell phone holder and mouse pad are great. The desk does not move around at all.
