    There were only a few choices of a lap desk and I chose this one. I actually returned this item just within the 1 month return time frame. The lap desk was too big / bulky. I wanted a lap desk with more of an incline.

    Fails to keep lap from warming up. It has a minor lip to keep laptop from slipping. Unfortunately, surface is super slick, laptop at even less than 30 degree angle slips over the lip.

    I have a widescreen laptop and it easily fits on this lap desk. I get so many compliments on the design of the lap desk. Not only is this lap desk attractive; it's functional and keeps my laptop cool (as it should be#. No more hard drive crashes #fingers crossed) with this lap desk. I give the lap desk two thumbs way up.

    Economical solution if you do not need active cooling lap desk. Better design cushion than dual beanbag bean tubes(beans break down quickly & loose support). Would be nice if stop bar was removable.
