Simple and easy to use as described. Worked as it should.

Unimpressed with PCmover this time. I used it before with no issue, but this time they included a CD (most laptops do not have CD ports anymore) and an ethernet cable (again my laptop did not have an ethernet port) so had to do the transfer over wi-fi. Took 2 days. I was annoyed.

Fairly easy to use. Worth any small difficulties. Took my fear away of having to move everything to my new computer.

This product eventually did what it was supposed to do. I had to call PC mover customer service because the product wouldn't acknowledge the new computer. The CSR walked me through some other process other than what was listed in the directions. Everything got transferred via wi-fi and it took about 6 hours. I wish there was a simpler way to do these things.

It is a ice software to move all your stuff from old pc to new pc without hassle. There is a 24 hour live support too :-))

Moving my files and programs from my old computer to my new computer couldn't have been easier. I chose the files and programs that I wanted to move and within a couple of hours they had all been transferred without any problems. I did have to reinstall some programs but most of them transferred completely.

This is just what the doctor ordered! The software was very easy to use and moved all the files without a hitch. Setup is a breeze for the most part. One problem was getting to recognize one of the computers, but was easily resolved. Plus, I got it on sale for $10.00 off at Best Buy!

Purchased this to ease the task of moving my files and folders to a new PC. Instructions were clear and to the point, and the process was painless. Some programs were not moved, but I knew that going in. Once I installed on both machines, and started the process, I was able to walk away and let it do its' job. It was hassle free, and lived up to the task.

Excellent product I have used for many years. Efficiently moves files, applications, and data from computer to computer. I will continue to use in the future!

Have used this three times. Most recently to move from old windows 7 or windows 10 machines to new windows 10 pc. Works really well in my experience. It takes a while to move the files and programs, but in my case every program except one migrated and was usable without re-loading from the original media.

Worked as advertised. I needed it on short notice and went to Best Buy at the last minute and it was in stock.

PC Mover is a pretty good program, and it certainly helped me. Three complaints: it is slow, it does not transfer all apps, and it can only be used once with two particular computers. If you want to use it again with another computer, you have to buy another copy.

I have used PCmover twice in the past when I purchased new computers. It makes it a breeze to transfer all programs and files from old computer to the new computer. I like the software cause you can do it yourself too.

The program offers free remote transfer of data between computers which took over 11 hours over 2 days by RESOLV. They will transfer everything for free which includes all problem files. They will remove all problem files for $99 and any other problems for up to 2 weeks I think, or $200 for a year. I opted for the $200 deal. Recommend for non computer geeks like myself and with warning concerning the sell part from RESOLV.
