The product did what it was supposed to do and moved the files to my new computer. However, with very large amounts of data due to GB to TB storage the process seems to take forever. In my case several hours.

Customer support is provided this by a third-party vendor. Their main objective is to sell you a service contract as opposed to helping you transfer data. This product can only be used one time. it cannot be reused.

Pc mover ultimate, the best product to use if you need to move your files and other things from your old computer to your new computer. Read reviews online about this product and others before I purchased it and pc mover had the best. Does exactly what it is supposed to do and worked very well. You can't go wrong with pc mover ultimate.

The PC mover was pretty easy to use. Connected the computers and transferred with limited issues. The safelink file remover is a lengthy but needed process.

I wanted to clean up a computer so I could sell/donate it as I didn't need it anymore. It takes awhile but it will get the job done!

One of the programs it moved was corrupted. It didn't end up moving all of my music or photo files.I realized that unlike in the past I really don't have that many programs on my computer that needed to be transferred over and it's easy to transfer files with an external hard drive or flash drive.

Perfect for those of us non tech savvy who don't want to lose what is on an older computer and can now get it onto the new one.

This product worked, but I had to use an external drive to transfer my data/apps to another PC. This cut time tremendously. The data transfer cable was taking too long because I had a lot I had to mover over.

The program does as describes...it assists in moving data from your old computer onto your new one. it was easy to use and made setting up my new computer a breeze.

I have used PC Mover 2 times before & it worked very well. Unfortunately this time, there was a problem & when I called customer support, they wiped out all my data & programs on my old laptop. Luckily I had files backed up in Carbonite.

It may work, but it is more trouble than it is worth to use.

I was transferring apps and files from my wife's old computer to an HP Envy I5, Windows 10. The instructions were incomplete and I spent over two hours speaking to support. The first time I received incomplete info. The final result was ALMOST all files but few apps were transferred from the old to new computer. No passwords and email accounts were transferred. I put in probably 10 or 12 hours using the software and transferring items myself. Use a HDMI cable if you can and be sure you know how to turn off firewalls. Had to delete anti-virus and malware software on both PCs. to get software to work. Very frustrating. I could have transferred everything myself in just a few hours.

Worked very well, moved everything. Couldn't get connected via ethernet, so did wi-fi transfer. Took 26 hr. for 937 Gb.

It does work, but boy is it difficult to use. It is very confusing. The 24/7 help is nice and I would not have been able to use this program without it.

took forever because the cable provided was a ethernet not a usb but the wireless function did work but as I started with took forever- for mine over 15 hours but I had over 1TB of information and programs to move. My techie friend who helped me liked it too and bought it to move her information from her old computer to the new one
