Not user friendly

My techie friend who helped me liked it too and bought it to move her information from her old computer to the new one

Very easy to use

Save your money.

Excludes a cable we all could use. The next option, "wireless transfer", gives you the opportunity to tie up both of your computers for an inordinate amount of time, (hours, and hours). Eventually you arrive at the final disappointment. Should be given to the medical community as a stress test, for free.
