can't get it to work

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this software because I was getting a new pc and finally got it this past Friday. I followed the instructions and even checked some of their videos which made it seem easy. Well after several attempts to make it work I still haven't gotten it to work. Even my adult son who knows more about pc's, couldn't get it to work. I finally went and got an external hard drive. I guess I will be moving my files with it.

It was reasonable but did take a long time. I ran into an issue but called the tech line and they helped me through it. Good deal so you don't have to buy new software for if just upgrading your PC.

Works Well!

After a couple of false starts, I called customer service. And pronto, they gave me the information I needed. I was able to complete the data transfer without issue. The office staff is happy!!!!
