The provided cable does not work with new laptops and it was a slow process.

difficult to use, not clear as to when to connect ethernet cable

I had a few problems, but was able to work them thru.

Purchased this to upgrade an old Win7 workstation to a new Win10. There were many installed apps with custom configurations, and this software pulled everything over perfectly. Saved me hours in vendor calls and headaches in the long run.

It may work for some but it did not for me. Not nearly as simple and intuitive as I thought. The two biggest issues for me were first, it refused to recognize that both computer had ether net ports. It only wanted to do it over wifi and estimated the time at 80 hours. Finally disabled wifi on both and forced it to use the supplied ethernet cable. Secondly, after the transfer, I started checking the apps it had moved. It said I needed to restart. After attempting restart, my new computer would not boot. Dell support was unable to repair the problem and ended up sending me a new boot drive. So, I spent $30 for nothing. Lapling only allows one move and even if I could, I'd be afraid to use it after this debacle.

I moved from one computer to another, this product helped but it took a lot of work on my part to use it.

Not as easy to use as implied on the cover of the box.

Worked well except for moving Microsoft Office to the new laptop

My current desktop is outdated, and I needed a software to transfer programs & files to a more o o were up system.

Had multiple problems with moving the data. Had to call the support desk a few times to get the issues resolved but then, much to my dismay, they created more problems for me after moving the data and then had to have Dell resolve the issues. Next time I get a new computer, I think I will just move everything to an external first and then transfer it.

Great product I didn't know exist, but glad it was recomemded to me.

It is what it is. Be prepared to spend a great deal of time. The free transfer help is pretty good.

Most programs transferred well, interface is intuitive.

PCs won't connect via ethernet provided or on network. Called 2 different support numbers...one is disconnected and the other is a fast busy signal. They must be out of business...do not recommend you try this product...waste of money....

Fair - didn't copy over everything I thought it would.

Wasted three weeks of my time on this trying to move from old laptop to new it moved programs I didn't want and did not move programs I wanted. ended up purchasing new software and having to reset my new computer to factory settings to delete all of the mess ups this program caused my new-computer. Their 24/7 support is a joke because no one ever answered it I was on hold waiting for a technician for over 45 minutes and no one ever came on.please don't waste your money do it by flash drive DVDs or just purchase the new software because this is just a waste of money

A good product but the one that I used did not transfer everything correctly.

Product installed easily and had good instructions.

I was hoping to control which programs I migrated. I thought that was what was advertised. Maybe it was me but all I saw was a cloning tool. Ok if you think your operating system isn't corrupt which I did. I'll keep it around in case i just want to move a system to a new computer.
