Very good software, comprehensive instructions and assistance. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone transitioning to another device.

Easily moved everything from an old desk top to a new one. Most passwords were intact. Nothing bad to say

I bought this to transfer the data and software from a working laptop with an AMD-A10 7300 processor, 8GB RAM, 1 TB hard drive running the current build of Windows 10 to a new desktop machine. It installed but would not run on the laptop. It gobbled up enough system resources--RAM and disk--to cause a near lockup but never got to the point of putting up its splash screen. Since software is non-refundable and there's no comprehensive list of compatible hardware I'd recommend that you steer clear of this product. It might work for you but then again.,..

Haven’t transfer data from the old laptop to the new laptop yet…will do this weekend.

I could not get this to work with my Dell Inspiron Windows 11 laptop. I ended up using a memory stick instead.

It worked great it got the job done. Almost everything was moved over not everything but most everything so im good with that.

The program left some of my most important directories behind. I'm going to try running it again to see whether that picks them up.

I used PC Mover the last time I bought a new computer. You can choose what you want copied to the new hard drive including Operating System and Programs. Wouldn't want to try it manually.

I had problems from the beginning. My password from a previous use in 2008 wouldn't work. OK, I'll change the password. It took several attempts to make the change stick. I did receive a message from them apologizing for the issues. I would never recommend this product to anyone.

I dropped my laptop and the screen stopped working. Instead of buying a new one I just moved the programs over to my wifes laptop until I can get a new one. It worked great.

I used this to transfer from a 2014 windows 10 pc to my new laptop. I used the enclosed Ethernet cable. It worked flawlessly.

I am not very tech smart but their support staff is the best I ever had.

Bought to transfer from old laptop to new laptop. Tried about 6 times to get to work via wifi, enclosed cable. Poor, limited instruction. Still cannot connect old to new to transfer.

Not worth it. Took like 18 hours to transfer. It installed everything into Onedrive cloud and I had to screw around and move it all later. Don't buy this.

Great product but my new laptop didn't have the necessary dvd drive in order to use it

Install from CD just did net work. Contacted their customer support and they could not get it to work either. They wanted to sell me technical trouble shooting on my old and new PC. Don't install from the CD. Go to their web site to get the latest version. After I did the program installed but after I removed the failed CD install version which included cleaning up the registry. The program did move information over but not enough. I manually moved a lot of files by copying them over my wifi network - copy to a memory stick from old to new PC would work faster. A few applications did copy over which was helpful but this whole process was very painful. I do not recommend this product.

This is the perfect software for upgrading an older PC to newer. I have purchased several copies over the years and always been happy.

Flawless once the best customer service on the planet walked me through it. They were fantastic.

I had a very hard time transferring my data and I called customer service and they had a hard time. Next time I need a new computer I will see if I can find another way to transfer my stuff.
