I would recommend this product if upgrading to a new computer and don't want to hassle with reloading all you programs and settings.

The file transfer didnt work and when I called the number they walked me through what I had just done and then tried to up-sale me another 99.00 The file erase feature did work or this would have been a complete waste of money!!!

Painless way to "transfer" from an old pc to a new pc. A couple of clicks, a few hours, and it's done.

Didnt move over my browser information, MS Office, and it caused my old pc to crash. I had to reinstall windows on old pc.

This product screwed up a brand new computer causing it to crash. Not recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Won't work at all cable not recognized, want to use my network and take 14 hours to move only 5 programs and ZERO files. DON'T Waste your MONEY

The product is great. The response for service was great. You guys do a great job with all you do.

The product states that it is almost a plug and play however it does not work this way. It did move some of my files but locked up. When I contacted PCmover support they wanted another $99 to complete the process.

While it takes a few hours to complete, it saves many more hours if you re-installed everything from scratch and have to set everything up all over again,

Maybe I missed this in the description but you can only copy to the same size drives and can not split data from old drive to two separate drives on a new PC. Basically new C-drive needs to be at least same size as old C-drive and new D-drive needs to be at least the same size as old D-drive, and so-on. So for me it was useless and since it was already opened also non-refundable; buyer beware.

Very slow but works. I moved all of my pictures and documents with ease.

Great software to migrate to a new pc, works great, had no problems with usage.

Not needed. Transfer and activation of software accomplished without need for this product. The ethernet cable provided would not have worked for the intercomputer transfer of data as no ethernet port was available on the computers.

Made the switch over very easy. Highly recommend this software

I bought this software to transfer a Window 10 desktop to a NEW Window 10 desktop. It got me to a point where I was forced to call the dreaded 1-800 number. From the beginning I could tell that this was going to cost me money. $99.99 to start! They first ran a anti virus scan (took hours). Found some cookie errors so it meant it was not free anymore!! For the price they basically saved all my programs and data to my D drive. That was it! I spent the next 3-4 days getting everything to work!! So the real cost was $39.99 for the software and $99.99 for "THE FIX"!!

I installed it and it did nothing but for ten hours. I then had to call support and let them take control of my computer. It cost another $99 but it did work and transferred almost everything.

Followed all the instructions ,and didn't miss a step, and my new Pc still crashed in the move of file and folders. Had to reboot from factory settings to restore .a waste of MONEY and TIME .

Works just like it says on the box, only problem.. takes a very long time, but did a great job.
