I installed it and it did nothing but for ten hours. I then had to call support and let them take control of my computer. It cost another $99 but it did work and transferred almost everything.

Followed all the instructions ,and didn't miss a step, and my new Pc still crashed in the move of file and folders. Had to reboot from factory settings to restore .a waste of MONEY and TIME .

Not needed. Transfer and activation of software accomplished without need for this product. The ethernet cable provided would not have worked for the intercomputer transfer of data as no ethernet port was available on the computers.

Works just like it says on the box, only problem.. takes a very long time, but did a great job.

By reading the box, I was left with the impression that programs like MS Office would transfer intact. The fact is you still have to go thru the entire reloading process. Buyer beware!

Poor instructions didn't work with supplied cable and would not link computers thru the modem all of with it was supposed to do.

I was going from win7 to win10 and wanted an easy way to transfer everything from the old laptop to the new one. I watched the short video, read the reviews and thought it's only $40 if it works, money well spent. I forgot to include the hours trying to get it to work. Ended up calling the hotline. It took them one half an hour just to get it to start working. Finally got everything done except only some things transferred (the easy stuff). Now I have to go back and transfer the rest. Not worth the time or the $40!

In order to use the product you had to use the Ethernet cord that came in the box and I didn't have any to plug into. I ended up using a different product

This product made transfering my files and programs from one computer to the other much less stressful.

This PC Mover didn't work for me. I needed something that would work via WiFi. It started off great, I thought, then stalled and stopped working. I waited several hours for it to do it's thing. Then it crashed my computer and I could never get it back running. I gave up and ended up having to take the motherboard out of my computer and purchased an external hard drive docking station for it so I could keep my data.

It would be faster to move to the new computer manually. Old computer had one drive and new had two. SSD drive was C:\ and software moved most stuff to the small drive. Support gave me a different answer each time. Ended up using v10 not v11 as shipped in the box because some features are disable in lastest version. Not as advertized. Not easy. Need to be tech savvy to use.

Meh, it was not as easy to set up as they claim, took forever and did not move everything over. For what it did move over, it was simpler than doing it manually.

I bought it with the recommendation of a BestBuy Geek Squad member in the store. He meant well, but obviously BestBuy doesn't train its staff on every product. It was extremely difficult to set up. I had to call into the software's Philippines desk twice to get help. It took about 45 minutes. Then, it didn't transfer about 1,000 of my files and gave me no list or warning. I have 53 GB to transfer. It said it would take 2 1/2 hours to transfer all the files, but it took 7 1/2 hours. Do not buy it.

This app really works. Moved a Windows 7 32 bit install to a Windows 7 64 bit install - it was great.

I have used Easy Transfer when changing over to a new PC in the past with no problems. PC Mover appeared to be able to do the same. It was not the case. It went for several hours and I let it run. I return and find out it was unable to complete the transfer and I have not been able to get it to run again. Problem may have been me but I opted to transfer data manually and thus very slowly.

Nice quick transfer of all files. I was skeptical at first, but, pleasantly pleased with the out come.

Worked exactly as promised. Cost was good. I'm happy.

This is a amazing mover if you are working with a Windows 8 or lower system but this software is not suited for Windows 10.
