Worked so well and was easy to use for even a novice

Not easy to use, didn't transfer everything and comes only with an ethernet cable which the majority of computers and laptops don't use anymore.

With all the money you spend buying a new computer and the salespeople telling you this PCMOVER is the best method, I would give this 0 stars if I could. I could never get it to work; hours go by before you learn that it failed. In the end I spent near 100 hours reinstalling each program to the new computer and a week later I went back to BB and with manager approval returned it for a full refund. Atleast I got a refund. Thank you BB.

A bit pricy but worked perfectly on Vista to 10 upgrade!

Bad purchase. This didn't work and I was told they wouldn't refund my money because it was opened. No kidding. I had to open it to find out it didn't work.

could not use as intented; very complicated with win11. I never get around to return it because I realized it's better to let it go !

When I have used this product it has saved me a lot of time in getting a new PC setup!

I tried to transfer data from my old computer to my new computer. I found that this product will not work with Windows 8.

This tool is absolutely worthless. It was not able to do any of the things it promised when it came to moving files and programs from a Windows 7 computer to a Windows 10. Due to the problems it caused I spent hours getting things off of the new computer and ultimately moving most things manually. Do not waste your money.

Once I got thus program to work (after having to call customer service), it took 17 hours to transfer only about 200gb of data, and it stopped before completely finishing. A lot of files were not transferred. I could have manually done it faster. I wasted a full day just waiting. I bought this product because it was only $30. I was going to download zInstall instead but didn't want to spend $110. In retrospect, I should have.

Was sold the wrong item so it did not work for my lap top

I had 3 old desktop computers that I was going to donate. Everyone I talked to had different methods on erasing the hard drive. I saw this program which said "easy". However, the one desktop was to old to operate the program. It worked fine on the second computer. The software would not work on the third computer. It said the program had already been used "access denied". Apparently it is a one time use software.

When I tried to run the PC Mover it would not work. I got in contact with the tech support. They ran a scan and said there were several virus'/malware? on my computer and I would have to pay to have them removed before the program would run. Personally this was a waste of money. It may be ok if you have plenty of money to pay for virus removal.

It was very difficult to use, had to purchase online support because it wouldn't work for me.

after doing everything as described in the instructions, my computer crashed and would not turn on. I got the dreaded blue screen. I had to call Dell tech support and spend the next couple of hours reinstalling Windows 10 professional. I ended up purchasing a 128GB 3.0 flash drive and copying everything on it and installing it on my new computer. This was a complete waste of money!!!

New computer lacked cd, so had to call product support number. over 3 days & 3 attempts, they were unable to make the transfer to my new computer. In addition, they kept trying to up-sell me additional services- $100-300 for my OLD computer. And they put a password on my old pc without asking or telling me, so I was locked out. I had to pay $45 to re-image my old computer to access it. Total rip-off.

I had to buy a new laptop as my old one started to develop problems. A lot of my programs had gone to several updates. So I felt the need to transfer them directly from the old to the new laptop and bought PC Mover. Not so fast. You need a special cable. I did not manage to get the two laptops to recognize each other no matter what. I would have returned it for a refund, but you cannot return software. Waste of money.

Needed help, so I called the toll free number. Soon I was being approached about a $300/year service to keep my laptop working optimally. When I declined, so did the help line interest. They got it working, but I don't think it was worth it.

It Take A Lot Of Time But It WORKS. Good Buy For The Money.....
