The software didn’t work at all with my old app and programs

I've used this product once before, and it was mediocre at best. I purchased PC Mover to transfer my information to my new PC this round, not only did it take over 10 hours to complete transfer, none of my documents appeared on the new PC. Attempted the process more than once with no results. Waste of money.

I had so many problems with this. First my new laptop didn't have an Ethernet port so I had to spend more money for an adaptor. Then when I used the software it didn't transfer everything in the correct files. Also, I ended up with 150GB additional on my new computer. Customer service was horrible.

Switching computers is toug h. This program makes it a LITTLE easier, but don't expect everything to work.

I spent endless hours on hold and could not get the software to work. It works best if you have two separate monitors and computers to conduct the switch-over of data.If you are transferring the data from desktop to desktop while using the same monitor; forget it! This software is just pure bologna!

38,5 hours to transfer to new build, programs transferred did not work after transfer. Microsoft refused to reactivate my Microsoft Office Professional Plus. Save 40 dollars plus tax. I’ve had much better luck on my own in a fraction of the time.

Comes with RJ45 cable BUT most new slim laptop or tablets DO NOT come with RJ45 connectors. Should be set up with USB3 cables. You can order separate cables but they cost MORE than the Laplink product.

Next time I'll just pay to have it done professionally.

Able to transfer everything from one computer to another.

It really works with all Windows laptops and workstations.

Disappointed: did not move download files, pictures, settings. WORTHLESS! I have used PCMOVER many times over the years, this is the first time that it was not worth the money. If I had wanted to move everything manually, I wouldn't have bought an app.

Did not work as advertised and "help" was almost non-existent.

Does a great job of moving - cloning drive, but note that it will only work ONCE on one pair or drives. Have more drives to clone? YOu'll have to buy another program for each pair of drives. This is not readily seen on the box. Poor investment

PCMover would not transfer from a Windows VISA old computer to a new Windows 10 computer. The date was collected from the old computer but would not transfer to the new computer. I get some technical assistance, but the solution would not work. I returned it for a refund.

I had an issue because my clearly marked Windows.old file could not be found by the software and the IT people I made contact with said it would take 3-5 business days for people to get back to me just to find out that they closed the case a day later. This is a terrible product don't buy use the free software out on the web.

This product is very difficult to utilize and ultimately did not fulfill its purpose

It was a tedious experience & hard to get ahold of support.
