Stay Away from this software
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Was told by sales/customer support that Office would come over in the process. I also mentioned that I did not have the authentication key as it was installed buy a repair facility after a hard dive crash. The assured me that there would be no issue. But of course it now requires me input the key which I don't have making this software a totally useless purchase as I now have to buy Office. Don't waste you money!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I followed the instructions to the best of my ability, but I was unable to establish a connection between the computers, either wired or wireless. Even worse, when I called the 24/7 help line, I got a busy signal. Twice! So obviously I was not the only user with problems. It is a warning sign that the DVD comes with a seal saying that you can't return the software once the seal is broken.

Did not run on source machine

On the source machine, a laptop with an AMD A10 7300 processor, 8 GB of RAM, and over 600 GB of free disk the software would not run. Disk usage shot up to 100%. The program appeared in Task Manager but never made it to the screen. I ended up doing the file and program transfer by hand.

Worthless software
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to pay another $169.00 to iYogi to get support for preparing my old computer for the transfer, then it wouldn't transfer my email like they said it would. Microsoft's Easy Transfer is free and does just as good a job.
