We had a fairly heavy treadmill delivered and assembled in an upstairs room, along with a haul away of an even heavier and awkward treadmill taken out of an upstairs room. The guys were very professional, didn't roll their eyes at the two level staircase and did the job efficiently and with a smile. It was an expensive delivery, but worth it!

The treadmill was delivered on time. The two gentlemen putting it together did a great job rather quickly. I could never have done that myself. They cleaned up after themselves after showing me the feature of the machine.

Would buy again, only thing I would wish they would have done would have been to have a clock go longer then 60 minutes.. Some treadmills go 100 minutes before it changes to o.

Install was excellent - he had definitely done this before. Made sure unit worked and I was happy with its positioning. He was very personable as well. He also took my old treadmill and dont know how he was able to get it up in the truck by himself. That was impressive as well. The install and removal cost all was covered as part of my BB Total Membership - which also gave me a discount on purchasing the new treadmill. Whats not to like?

I bought an exercise bike (Bowflex Velcore 16) and havingbuilt one before I knew i didnt want to go through with it again. Got total tech that covered the full installation cost and got my 2 year warranty included as long as I renew Total Tech nect year. The installers were super quick and efficient and went iver with me how to use it and get it setup. Saved me time and the stress on my back building this thing. Highly recommend getting this service for any exercise equipment!

Good service. I am very pleased with the assembly of my Nordic Track treadmill. Juan and Raphael did an excellent job! I had to disassemble my old unit. Their cleanup and haul away was spot on.

I was very happy with the delivery and set up of my new treadmill. The men were professional, worked quickly and neatly and removed all of the cardboard and packaging that the new unit was it. They removed my old treadmill without damaging anything. I'm happy with the new Proform treadmill. It has some fancy options to add apps, hook up to your cell phone, follow the app's workouts, ect.. I'm a simple old school woman that just wants to walk on a treadmill a couple hours a week and I'm not interested in apps or hooking up my phone to anything. I'm delighted that this treadmill also does just that. I use it on manual. It has speed and incline adjustments that I can change as I go along. It has a timer, mph, calorie count, ect. My old treadmill was also a Proform brand. I bought it 21 years ago. It still worked but the motor was starting to get loud and the belt was also ready for a replacement. 21 years of use! That's why I chose another Proform brand. So far, so good❤

The Proform Treadmill has performed as advertised and I am very happy with it. Best Buy's service is top notch. They delivered on time, set up the treadmill and hauled away the old treadmill as promised. The transition was seamless. I would recommend using Best Buy for any large fitness machine purchase.

The team was a few hours late outside of the arrival window and the installation took twice as long as expected, but the equipment is working well, installed in the right location, and trash was hauled away.

The installers were very pleasant and professional. They removed and installed the new treadmill in record time.

The install guys were great! They got my new treadmill up and running in short order. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and got a very big treadmill put together. Well worth my Geek Squad cost.

I did not have a good experience with the In-Home Service. I think the biggest problem is that what Best Buy advertised is not communicated to the people who come to your home. I suspect this is because they use third party companies who are just looking to get in and out. The Best Buy description of this service says "sit back and let a professional deliver and install 1 piece of fitness equipment (treadmill, rowing machine, elliptical, stationary bike, etc.) that is under 300lbs. We will deliver it to the room of your choice, up to the third floor of the building or any level serviced by an elevator. We will unbox it, set it up, connect it to your Wi-Fi, make sure everything is workout ready, help answer any questions, and disassemble and haul away your old fitness equipment before we leave. " Here is the reality of what happened: 1. When the delivery guy came in and saw that the treadmill was going in my basement (just one flight of steps), he immediately tried to tell me it was too heavy to bring down a flight of steps with two men. I totally get it is heavy (280 lbs. so under the 300 lb. max advertised). That's why I was willing to pay $400 for delivery and haul away as I couldn't do this on my own. Eventually he gave in. 2. He then tried to say he couldn't get the box down my steps since it was a turn stair case. I explained my last treadmill came in the same way and it would fit - it did. 3. Next he told me he would not take the old treadmill away because I had to disassemble it in advance. I said that was not the case. He fought me on it. I called Best Buy and they confirmed they should disassemble it not me and called his dispatcher to relay the message. 4. They never tested the treadmill the assembled. I don't think they assemble these often and are really just delivery men. The treadmill seems to be a bit uneven. They didn't even know how to turn it on. I had to do that. They also did not connect it to my WiFi or get it "workout ready." It's not a big deal and was easy enough for me to do. But don't advertise it as such if that's not what they're going to do. 5. I had to help them disassemble the old one as they didn't really have much interest in doing so and kept looking for every opportunity to say it couldn't be done. Eventually we got it all disassembled and they hauled it away.

Nice treadmill with features comparable to our old treadmill which was significantly more expensive.
