The installers did a great job and put the recumbent bike together well and adjusted it for me and set it up so I could jump on it and figure out its features. They also hauled away my old exercise bike and cleaned up pretty well after the installation.

Bot this to replace our 20 yr old tread mill that quit. This tread mill is very quiet, easy to set up and use. The price is less than what we paid for twenty years ago!

The haul away and install people were excellent. It took some effort to get a date set up with them, but it was totally worth it. The Best Buy people were very helpful with getting it arranged. The in-home service people were very motivated and very good at problem solving. They worked diligently to get things done for me and left the place spotless. I was very impressed with their professionalism.

I like using my NordicTrack Elite 800; it is user friendly and quite responsive to touch for changing speed and incline. Informative screen, too. I did not like fact that this treadmill was not to be stored in a garage, a fact I found out after it was delivered and I read the detailed instructions. When temp dropped to 8 degrees, this treadmill stopped working until the temp got much higher close to 60 degrees, then all was smooth operation again.

Installed new treadmill and hauled away old one. A little tricky with such a large item, but they managed it. The new treadmill was mostly assembled correctly. They didn't really seem to know anything about the equipment itself to "walk me through it". That was ok, but I didn't really have a chance to familiarize myself with it until after I read through the manual... well after they were gone. Discovered that the latch under the platform hadn't been assembled correctly, so I had to pay out of pocket for a tech from ProForm to come out to fix it. Treadmill itself worked fine, but unable to raise the platform and lock it upright to clean underneath or to move it with the latch not assembled correctly. Having said that, I would not have been able to do any of this on my own, so it was still a good deal.

The two men who came did the set were very nice, and did a great job they were very polite and helpful.

The guys did a great job on assembly of the new NordicTrack treadmill and haul off of the old treadmill.

The people who helped set up our delivery were so professional and helpful. We had many questions that they were able to answer. Their haul away service was quick and tidy. They even cleaned up the packaging and garbage that was generated while they installed our product.

Delivery and Install were excellent. I did not like calling two days before delivery for a smaller delivery window and still be told it was a twelve-hour window. Who has the time to spend twelve hours waiting.
