The delivery/installers failed to level the treadmill. The thing is rocking and rolling every time I get on it. I called on 9-11-24 an spoke with Leo who said he would reset an appointment for someone to come out and adjust it. He also said that he would call me back in 2 1/2 hours with a date to fix it. That was a week and a half ago and haven't heard a thing since. Extremely disappointed in the delivery/install as well as the customer service from Best Buy. When I call, I get transferred a number of times and then get hung up on. I paid $399 for the install. I like the item but not the service

Excellent value for the money. Bike has many features and is very comfortable. Very easy to figure out. I am utilizing the free 3 months of training. So far I really like it but not sure whether I will continue after I’m required to pay.

They came, installed, the new treadmill, but didn't have room on the truck for the Haul-Away. I've spent the last 3 days talking with the Best Buy Total "Concierge" folks trying to get the Haul-Away to happen, dealing with the second person to 'escalate' to the back office to make it happen and hope for a callback once more. The delivery guys did a decent enough job assembling the treadmill, but apparently hadn't done too many before and I had to help them through diagnosing/resolving an issue where the incline motor originally didn't appear to be operating.

The installers were very professional and timely. They put the new treadmill together and took the old one away in a lit over an hour.

Excellent service. I had them take apart an existing broken machine under warranty that was on 2nd story and replace with new machine that was taken upstairs in pieces and assembled . Glass staircase made this difficult. Highly recommend them!

Very convenient for total tech members. Save a lot worth membership, but that’s value changes begin of 2023- so use free install and haul away before they become only discounted services or additional fees.

The guys that brought our bike in was very professional and even though we had no equipment for them to haul away we appreciated them for taking all the boxes they brought with them. They left our home nice and clean. Thanks.

The guys were very helpful, worked fast and very kind. They had to go up 2 flights of stairs and I had no problem letting them catch their breath. Will use this install/haul away service again!

The guys came in & were very friendly. They brought it to our 2nd floor without issue & put it together fairly quickly, much faster than I would've done on my own.
