Good installation and haul away service

Disappointing

The team that delivered the treadmill refused to move to 2nd floor. "That's not our job". The team that installed the treadmill did an excellent job moving to 2nd floor and removing the old treadmill. However, a few weeks later I noticed that the right-hand arm was not installed correctly. Some of the screws are missing and I am deciding who to contact. I have a difficult time understanding why someone does not do the job they were hired to do and why they do not check their work to see that everything was done properly.

Better Late Than Never!

It took a month to finally get it straightened out and rescheduled. When they did come, the guys did a nice job. They were efficient and courteous.
