Well after four attempts to get my treadmill installed and the old one hauled away, since January, it still has not happened. Two full days off work with no call and no show on the crew, or a phone call until after the times elapsed. The third day they delivered the treadmill but refused to haul the old one away, or set up the new one which remains in the box, useless. The fourth attempt I decided to go one more time but I wanted the time defined a little better and I would be home for it. Well that didn't happen either and when the time elapsed again I went back to work, No show no call. Finally got called 2 hours after the time and they scolded me for not waiting around, he said, "in my family we have a saying, you want something you need to wait around?" What? Then called me up at 5:30 PM, I'm still at work and he says come let me in, I'm outside your house. I work 20+ miles away. Third party guys, I guess I can only fault BB so much but..I still don't have a treadmill. What to do?

Paid to have treadmill installed and the belt has never worked right. I’m thinking it wasn’t put together correctly. The treadmill instructions say not to contact Best Buy but contact manufacturer. Problem is manufacturer won’t respond to emai. Just an endless run around

I am very frustrated with the party that deals with installment and hauling away equipment. They do not call to give a notice or a notification when they will be here and keep canceling on my appointment. Poor management

It took 4 visits to my home to get it set up . The treadmill is great ! The delivery was not good at all .

I had a treadmill delivery and install on a day that was scheduled during a snowstorm. Understandably the delivery crew advised they couldn’t install the treadmill because they needed to get back before the storm. I was advised I would get a call to reschedule the install. I never got that call back. I cancelled my Best Buy (not so) Total Care and installed the treadmill myself.

Bought it 2/24 Broke 7/24 Haven’t been able to use it since. Multiple calls for service, many parts send out to me and as of today 10/29/24 I still have an useless treadmill. Many and many excuses from ifit & proform without any real solutions. Seems no one care.

Scheduled for delivery 3 times in 30 days, waited at house over 29 hours for delivery that never came. When I called customer care and Install inc for status I was told I was next stop and driver would call, or I was told driver could not be reached and message was sent, or driver was running late but I would be called. Neither install inc ot customer care ever called me back with information or expedited rescheduling. I made over 20 calls to get answer like I know how you feel.

The person who came in was not at all friendly. He left parts and screws unput. He denied demonstrating the product or setting/ adjusting for use by the person using it. The assembly was poor. Please get professionals to come do the job, not random 18 year kiddos who do not even know what they are doing.

Not Best Buys "best" effort. they failed to show on the first 2 appointments with 12 hour windows. They eventually made it right. third time is a charm

Never happened. The delivery never happened. Nor was there a pick-up/ take away, but I was still charged. Unacceptable

The product was delivered on the date and time promised. The delivery personnel performed in a very efficient and professional manner. They were always cognizant of assuring that there was no damage to the house or product. The installation was done quickly and professionally. There was no doubt the personnel knew what they were doing in delivering and assembling the product.

The installer was great. Handled the setup without issues. They were friendly and courteous.

The third party installer (3in1 mobile services) did an excellent job delivering and assembling my treadmill. Through no fault of their own, some of the plastic handle parts were defective. The installer nevertheless offered to return to my home once I obtained replacement parts to complete the job, which speaks well of him.

The delivery, setup and haul away was done very well. The crew was effecient, curtious, neat and knew what they were doing. They cleaned up when they were done and left no mess.

Absolute joke of a "service". I placed an order as part of a Total Tech membership install and haul-away for a new Treadmill. They sent out ONE guy who said "his insurance" wouldn't cover taking the equipment to the second floor and that we can bring it up ourselves piece by piece and he'd install it. He proceeded to cancel the order where we had specifically asked him to help us reschedule, now attempting to get this rectified had turned into 3+ hours on the phone and countless hang ups from the sorriest excuse for customer service I've ever experienced. I paid $200 to be a Total Tech member, however they've instead treated me as someone who's spit in their face each and every time. I need resolution, Best Buy needs to rectify this situation which was their error to begin with to restore any faith I'll ever have in the company.

Very confusing delivery issues with the workers. $400 dollars caused $300:damage. Large screws and bolts left on driveway thankfully with no damage and early cleanup. Workers actually did put the readmill together and working well
