Delivered by courteous and professional install technicians who arrived within the time window. The customer service representative worked hard to accommodate delivery schedule.

This was not the best experience. It’s a two part process. Delivery first then install. The treadmill was damaged during delivery and install never showed up. Returned with no trouble.

My complaint is not about the service, but the product. I did my research to find the best fitness mirror. Tempo was rated the highest and had the least problems with connectivity. (Did not want one that would disconnect from Wi-fi causing me to have to stop in the middle of my workout). Had machine delivered, would not turn on. Took another month to get another one delivered, also did not work. For some reason, delivery guys plugged old one in and it started working. Their theory is that because the machine has to be transported on its side, perhaps it has to be upright for a period of time to settle and then it will work? (this doesn't really make sense, but whatever, as long as one works!) Got logged in, paid for Tempo video selection, picked one, started my workout. 20 minutes in, machine shuts off, won't turn back on again. Sucks because I was really enjoying the workout and thinking "I'm really going to like this!" but then I also don't want to try to keep it, continue to have problems, have the warranty expire and be stuck with at $2000 piece of garbage. I returned it and got my money back. If this is the best of the fitness mirrors, I guess I will do my workouts the old fashioned and MUCH CHEAPER way! Until bugs are worked out, I don't trust them. Not to mention the HUGE hassle this all was getting through to Best Buy for scheduling 2 deliveries and a pickup.

the two guys that came to install the bike was quick, polite and even took out additional trash that I had!! So unlike the bb guy who came earlier to take a look at our washer!!

The two men were polite and efficient. They brought the treadmill into the house, assembled it and were gone in about 40 minutes. Well worth the fee.

Installers were fast, efficient, and friendly. Had to come back out to fix seat adjustment bar, but that was not the fault of the installers.

Installer was on time and professional. If I ever need an install I would select the same installer.

The installation of the treadmill was great! The guys fixed the belt on the treadmill because it was lagging when we get on to exercise.

Installers were knowledgeable about product set up and assembly. Explained settings and use. Cleaned up and removed all packaging and left areas clean.

They left a gash in my wall and the treadmill is wobbly. I have a video but can't upload it here.
