I have been a Best Buy customer for several years, but today I questioned if I will continue doing business with them. I purchased an exercise bike from them recently and went into to a store and told them my issue and they said ok no problem let’s set up someone to come out and repair it. Mind you I had to do this on my off day thinking I want to be there when they fix it. After waiting 3 weeks for appointment they show up and say oh we were scheduled for an assembly of a bike not to check if a wire is not connected properly. I ask them can’t you see if there is a wire loose or not connected since you were here to put one together. They told me oh no you need the Geek Squad are you kidding me. And now I can’t get anyone to respond to me. Just placed on hold and we will have someone contact you. Very disappointed Best Buy you let me down.

We needed a squad member to tighten the handle of equipment but unable to book an appointment. What a shame!!
