I paid for the machine, delivery and installation. While using the machine, one of the elliptical legs became unattached causing me to fall off the machine. Upon inspection, I realized the bolt that holds it to the flywheel was never installed. There is a bolt missing on the other side as well. I reached out to customer service several times and was ultimately told they would replace it. Fast forward to today when the replacement was due to be delivered, we were told that the appointment was canceled because the equipment is back ordered. We have no idea when this will be resolved. The equipment and the delivery/installation charge has already been paid and all we have is a machine that we cannot use safely.

Said they would arrive to install between 7am-7pm so I took off of work all day and stayed home waiting for my new treadmill to arrive. At 3pm, having heard nothing, I called a call center actually answers not even in the same state and they will not let you talk to anyone in the store you ordered from. They said they would get in touch with the delivery team and have them call. That call never happened but later I realized that I received an email a few minutes after my call, saying that my delivery was cancelled and would have to be rescheduled...the next available date was over 2 weeks later. I rescheduled but I have no confidence that I will ever receive the treadmill but my card was charged for this delivery service as well as the treadmill over two weeks ago.
