Equipment purchased with promises of delivering on Friday after Thanksgiving. Contacted day of delivery told warehouse closed due to staff shortage. Rescheduled on phone for 12/08 only to find out never rescheduled. Horrible service and will definitely get me to look elsewhere next time. Once delivered on new date that team was great.

Very poor professionalism if at all there is. Best buy, you need some review of your personnel doing delivery and installation. First, TV. Someone came, inspected and said I can have a 70 inch with a Bose 900 on the fireplace. His estimates and measures proved completely wrong when actual installation happened. Not even a sorry or a courtesy call. The inspector was only for sales and not even ensuring it was done right. Second, treadmill. No shoe covers, walk in with shoes, hit the walls and scratched. The product stopped working on day 2 as a cherry on the cake. Very pathetic service in this case. Will not renew total tech next time if this is not addressed right. Not satisfied.

The installer was more than an hour later than the outside of the window. He was on his own for such a large piece of equipment but seemed to do an OK job. But days later I found the set of tools and parts for the bike, and none of the washers had been used (there were about 40 of them) and several screws were also unused. I've spent the past month trying to get someone out here to redo it...I had another appointment and waited all day for them, to find out the appointment never actually went through on their system. Two other times they promised to call me back to set something up but no one ever did. Now I have an appointment a month out, we'll see if it actually happens. Hope the bike doesn't rattle apart in the meantime. Best Buy customer service is broken, and it's particularly bad that this is how it works for the premium service I paid $200 for.

If I could give NO stars I would. It almost took 2 months for the install company to install my machine. I was stood up multiple time (about 4 times) where I waited at my house and received no phone call with updates and waited all day. I took time off of work multiple times just to be stood up. This is due to a third party company that Best Buy contracts for installs. Best Buy customer service/Total Tech helped as much as they could and finally after two months and almost giving up, they got the install company managers involved. Best Buy did good, I talk company was horrid. Best Buy should find another company and drop the one that failed me and wasted my time.

The service saves you a lot of time and headache, so do receive the installation.
