Excellent service, professional, on time, prompt and with a smile

I don't know how this treadmill got so many good reviews. We bought ours in September and have had nothing but problems. The warranty for the first year is through Proform/Ifit, whose customer service is nothing short of horrible. We have gotten nowhere with them in terms of a resolution and getting the treadmill working properly. Would not recommend this brand.

I wouldn't get the ritness equipment to install any of my products again ! I say this for future buyers..Best Buy hirer 3rd parties that doesn't know how to put the product together . You have a warranty that will allow you to contact the fitness provider, and they'll come and assist and put it together the right way! This is a waste of money to be honest! If I could give them a zero, I would. The third party use their phone or YouTube something you would've done yourself. The problem is if you buy anything type of equipment from best buy go back through the company that actually made it.

Worst ordering experience of my life. Best Buy was supposed to deliver this item to me and claimed 4 separate times that it was arriving. I stayed home waiting and each time it never showed. Eventually I called and spoke to a manager and complained. He got angry at me and told me some people wait over a year for items and I shouldn’t complain. He then told me I ordered a cheap treadmill that’s why it was taking so long to deliver and if I ordered one that cost thousands I’d get it faster. It was awful and I’ll never shop here again!

My elliptical was scheduled to be installed (repaired) on April 22, and the team that was scheduled to make the repair said that they could not assist me, as they don't work with ellipticals. They assured me that another team would arrive on Friday morning. I waited home and nobody from their company showed up. However, they marked the service completed on April 22.

It was horrible experience trying to coordinate between FedEx and the delivery of my treadmill they ended up leaving the treadmill in the mail room. I had to have friends come to bring it into my apartment and to assemble it.

Best Buy makes this service sound like it's being done by GeekSquad employees, but it's not. They hire contractors that show up in an unmarked truck and don't have much customer service skills. The people doing my bike installation missed screws and threw them away with the trash so I couldn't fix it myself after they left. Many phone calls and missed appointments later, I eventually gave up on the service and installed the missing parts that the bike manufacturer sent me.

Had a representative call me the day before to confirm install, told me he may need to send to someone else, never updated me as they said they would. I called and confirmed appointment still on. 35 minutes before appointment window, it was canceled with no explanation or call. Then was rescheduled on random day after i assembled and gave feedback. Would not recommend

Initial purchase was smooth. Installation service was horrible. It had been a month and i am still waiting for the defective treadmill to be removed from my home. I would rate this transaction 0 out of 5. Customer service is always professional but the independent contractors hired to install the fitness equipment are clueless. If you purchase this equipment, do yourself a favor and either put it together yourself or hire a professional installer.

I keep logging into my account to find my appointment was cancelled, and i patiently reschedule. And Best Buy team cancels my appointment yet again with no notice, no explanation. I called the customer support numerous times as well, with their promise to escalate the matter and to have someone call me. No one ever calls me.
