Worst third party company to set up equipment! Purchased equipment on 11/14/22. Delivery date was set up for 11/21/22. Tech got sick so my date got moved to 11/23. I had a treadmill and stationary bike. Tech David only had the bike said the warehouse lost my treadmill. After many phone calls, chats, and emails I finally my treadmill installed on 12/22. I got my bill before my items were installed.

One of the worst service installation of all time. They left all trash there without cleaning up ,smelled like marijuana on their whole outfit and the truck, no minimum common sense when entering a home with kids , had every part literally hanging around , resistance was not even installed properly and i could go on and on and on. I dont recommend.

No operating manual and no ID (Serial Number or Model Number) on product as required by manufacturer.

Horrible. Third party installer. First installation, installer said left wheel on bike was defective. Finally get a replacement bike. Second installation, Installers quarrel over missing screw. Bike(s) returned. Total Tech will not refund me my full $199.99 only refunded me $47.00 and cancelled my yearly subscription. Yearly subscription activation date was 09/23/2022.

Don’t bother! Delivery and set up ! Awful experience! Had to replace the first one! Second one box was damaged and worked for an hour! Setup team is not qualified! Return second one to BB Buy direct from Nordic track! Except setup and service

The install delivery team was not easy to deal with. They did not install the 1st treadmill correctly and told me to call and get a 2nd one delivered and they qould pick up the new one that the delivery team screwed up. They did NOT have the tools the use drywall cutting tools to open the boxes Lol and the don't speak much english

Best Buy went through a third party servicer for my treadmill install and they kept cancelling my appointment. I spent over a month and a half following up with Best Buy and the third party servicer. In the end, I had to have a couple friends over to put it together ourselves. It was an absolute fiasco.

Equipment still not installed properly after 4 attempts. They keep sending truck drivers and not geek squad to install equipment.

The install for the Proform machine was good. My problem were the issues with Best Buy leading up to this. My first elliptical was not installed correctly and fell apart after first use. There were multiple issues when I tried rescheduling to get it fixed. Very frustrating.

Wish there were zero stars. They kept on rescheduling for 2 months and after spending countless hours (must be at least more than 12 hours) with support and promised each time that the next time my treadmill will be assembled I got it done myself. It was rescheduled 8 times.

Purchased almost a month ago and am still not able to get the service done. The team no show no call on the scheduled date. I have been waiting for a reschedule for more than a week. With three escalations, and still not hear anything back.

My TV went theough power surge and it still does not operate with same quality despite several visits by Geek Squad folks. Each one thinks if a unique problem.

It never happened, apparently there is no one qualified in this area to install or assemble the exercise bike. So happy we paid for the membership, Not! Good thing it covers all the other things we buy!

They never told me they weren’t installing when I bought the protection plan. I purchased the install and they cancelled bc of no service person. Rescheduled when I wasn’t home then suprised I wasn’t there.

they rescheduled the delivery a few days out from originally date. When they did install my product they missed a few screws and had to come back a few days later.

Horrible service....they didn't have the treadmill and cancel the delivery 3 times without any notice....

I wish I could review the install but got left hanging for 10 hours with no communication when I had an appointment. Now I have to wait another 4 weeks to get it installed! Not happy.

Installation was not available due to third party nolonger having an available installer. Would have been good to know at the time of purchase.

A mont later and still mot installed. 2 times rep no showed no called. Its supposed to happen tomorrow the 18th but am getting conflicting info

Ordered a rowing machine and paid for delivery. After 6 weekes of promised deliveries and many no showes we had ro pick it up ourselves.
